Sasha Cohen's 2002 Nationals long program to Carmen. Silver medal winning & wonderful. Her new dress wasnt ready, so she had to use her black practice dress.
@courtneysk8s yeah i noticed the salchow on that one but it was still done, under 6.0 it would have hardly made a difference. and the lutz (which i think is the other jump you're talking about) might have looked a little difficult but she still pulled out of it without falling, putting her hand down or stepping out. and the final position would have made no difference its just they way she finished
probably my fav Sasha LP performance.
In the new judging system she would have won, this is an unbelievable performance.
THIS GIRL WILL ALWAYS BE MY NUMBER #1
i love the fact she doesnt know how good she is x
loved the final spin
@midnightblusky i agree with you. Sasha was one of the many few who meshed their artistry into their skating.
she has the prettiest pointed toes!
and people say she's never had two clean programs! HA! what was this then :) x
They are the same. The US National Championships.

I don't understand! Si didn't fall then, when she was younger! She had very clean programs. She became unsecure later. What a pity!
@sammywright07 uuhhmm... I guess you didn't her her hand touch down on the salchow.
how? unless you get bonus points for double footed and hand down
