Thank you so much Zach, for now you only have 330 subscribers, not going to take long you will get millions. You don't know how much this content is so valuable. God bless you!!
Genuine question: How am I supposed to track this? As far as I know, you must have the project tracker inside of the client projects, which take a bunch of screenshots by the way. Any suggestions to work around that?
Hi Zach. Thanks for this video. I’m definitely subscribing and following your content. This was very valuable information. QUESTION: If I already have a client profile do I start a different upwork account? I’ve hired talent in the past and plan to do so again. I don’t want to lose that ability. Do you know if they allow both on the same account? Thanks in advance 😁
little confused - if you can clarify would be awesome 1) find niche - check 2) Find talent - i.e., Klaviyo expert - sounds good! 3) Find a Job that the expert can do now... 4) Fill in Job info submit - talk to client.
Could you please clarify why you suggested using a freelancer profile instead of an agency? I'm confused by this part. If I already have an agency, why would I apply as a freelancer? Is it better for Upwork?
How did you learn the SEO lingo enough to hold sales conversations? WOuld you recommend a certification, or what would be a good thing to explore on that front before jumping into sales calls
Isn't the risk that whatever talent you find couldn't forfill that task? How's the legal side of that part of the work if that were to happen? Zach I don't know to much about SEO, any recommendations, would prefer to get into it to get a better understanding before hiring people for it, does that make sense or am I to concerened? Thanks Zach.
Hi. Good content. When looking for clients to work with, could you apply with your agency profile instead of a freelancer one? Do you think you should be open with the client and let them know you are outsourcing these jobs to other freelancers? Because when you apply with a freelancer profile, they'll think it's you handling the job
Hey Zach, just had a couple of questions. I am starting off on Upwork and dont really have any experience on the website. Just wanted to know that is it really necessary to built and earn a decent amount of money/ get a decent amount of jobs as a freelancer before starting off with an agency? Because let's say if I already have scalability as a goal in my mind wouldn't it be better to build my agency profile from the start rather than my freelancer profile? Lastly, does not having a developed profile really impact getting projects if my own profile isnt that well developed?
Hey, thx, I don’t know how, but you inspired me to take a risk and start my own agency and stop working as a freelancer. Even though my English is bad, it's worth a try. ( Ai will help me 😂)

can i work to your agency Zach?

Basic research and I asked my provider how to overcome objections.
So you're like a broker/intermediary
Basically
Isn't the risk that whatever talent you find couldn't forfill that task?

If they can't do it, you didn't hire the right person.
There is nothing illegal about hiring a freelancer to work for you.

Yes you can. No, because it's the same thing as hiring an agency and them using contractors.
I just started my agency but haven’t got any response in Upwork. I have 10 hired 10 VA’s. Is it okay to use my company profile still?

Not necessarily
What do you suggest? Using agency profile or freelancer profile?
Freelancer at the beginning. Most people don't want to work with agencies
@@heyzachschubert thank you!!!! so you just tell them that you have someone that you can refer?

Easy peasy
I'm a Meta ad, Google ads expert
I'm Interested to work with you
My agency only does SEO and Amazon for now. Thanks though!
But your clients may need advertising services that do SEO@@heyzachschubert
