This slow version of Sold...the first time I heard it I felt like I got hit by a truck. Amazing, gorgeous, and JP's playing is everything in all the right places-as usual. Excellent performance, Dan and Blacksmith!

What drives me nuts about this clip is that they played Road Regrets and it's being faded out it even starts properly...
+trialsanderrors Yeah, I was at that show and mid-set he played Road Regrets and Basket and I really wanted to peep that portion, kinda bums me that they cut it out, but I guess he's trying to steer away from the solo singer/songwriter thing and really give credit to his band, so that's probably why they cut it.
i'm sure no band likes to be compared with another act, but, 'vessel' sounds genesis-inspired.

These guys play their fuck*ng guts out on each song, but each time the audience is, like, *clap-clap-clap*, *pitter-patter-patter*, "Woo! Oh, that was nice!...", and they all sit up still and straight in their chairs. Geeeeeeeeez-us, it's okay to show emotion, Toronto. People won't think you're not-cool if you do.
Dan, Gord, Kenton, Johnny, JP, and Tyson are insanely talented musicians. They blow my socks off! This performance is one of my faves.

Canada was America's fan because they thought we were all cool, but then after hanging out with us for a while and always getting ripped on they realized America is just a dick and they were totally the cool ones this whole time.

Great set, however I can't get behind this new take on Sold. It falls incredibly flat for me. Speed it back up Dan-o!

I have to disagree so hard as someone who has seen him live a few times. You’ve never known true peace until youre in a circle surrounding Dan singing the harmony on Sold with him 😩
