I've been trying to make a damn good bowl of pho for the past 10 years. I've tried dozens of authentic "mother's" recipes. I've tried using high priced ingredients like ox tail and Red Boat fish sauce. Salt, MSG, short cooking times, overnight, etc. This is the first time I tried my broth and said WOW!!!! 😮Baby girl knocked it out of the park with this video, thank you for this, and making sure I'll never be satisfied with restaurant pho ever again 😅. Thank you for the killer recipe!!! ❤
I followed the recipe exactly, and I will never eat this at a restaurant again. My family loved it and asked me to make it again the next day!
So did I!!!! It is honestly the BEST I’ve had I will never use another recipe!!
Omg you guys are making me excited to try it. Running out tomorrow to get the ingredients!
@@j808MEWAS IT GOOD????
@@Luv_Lynette It was really really good. I was surprised at how easy it was! And it’s so inexpensive to make such a huge batch like Kelsey did. We had leftovers for days.
@@cocoxcocosh31❤
Love how detailed the video is. The part where you put the raw beef and poured the in the hot broth........Just learned something new today
to fix that one gas stove, just use a toothpick and clear out the gunk where the ignitor is. Over time gunk build up and clogged up, so you will need to clean it time to time.
girl i trust u with my life on this recipe
Great cooking! That's exactly how I make my pho except I low boil for 4 hours at least and add a couple slices of ginger. When you full on boil, the broth gets foggy looking. You low heat boil to get the clear broth. 👍
I agree. Everything I do is pretty much the same except I also simmer or boil my pot for at LEAST 4 hours. If you can wait 24+ hours for more flavor, power to you. But a brother's gotta eat, and at 4 hours the soup taste just as good, the meat is falling off the bone, and all the seasoning and spices has been expunged.
totally agree
Had me dying when you said, “need that burn in the bootyhole spice” 💀💀💀💀
It's literally over 100 degrees outside here in Tucson AZ and i still make homemade pho😂 I'm a hispanic man and make it for my wife and I. I grew up with alot of lao and Vietnamese friends and ate it my whole life growing up. I use the same broth base you use and my pho comes out fire! I always use that same exact brand thick noodle too.
I had pho for the first time since I watched her videos she inspired me to give pho a second chance cause the very first time I tried it at a restaurant I fell sick, but now I’m constantly craving it
because you don't know what you were doing. If your broth is shit your pho is shit
how u get sick from Pho !!!?!😮
@@aquaviii it wasn’t a good pho the soup didn’t taste good where I had it for the first time; and when I went a second time it was really good
They must have used expired meat that's why you got felt sick. Many restaurants are too cheap to throw it out and try to cover it up with extra spices but your body knows.
pho also helps when ur sick! its like chicken soup!
This recipe is so perfect for my tastes. My mouth is watering as you poured in the caldo (the broth lmao my bilangual tongue went broken for a minute) over the meat and watching the meat cook!! Omggg looks so amazing! Prt two?❤
I just tried this today and thank you so much for this recipe!!! I was so proud of myself as it was my first time making pho!! I had my first pho back in 2007 and I cannot believe that I actually made this today! I followed every step and was so tasty 🤗
i’m so glad you like it!!🥲 thank you for trying my recipe
Definitely going to make this. Thank you for sharing your recipe (love how simple and quick it takes)!
Girl you can cook! Looks so delicious!
I love the little trick of adding fish sauce at the very end!
This looks good! Ive been craving for some Pho.
Your lashes r stunning on you 😍 I’d love to try out this recipe.
So many quick pho recipes out there, but this is thee best one out there. The Chinese donut hits too.
Everything looks awesome. The way you cut the limes made me angry though lmao. Also, take the little circle thing off your burner that doesnt work and clean the little hole, real easy fix.
Vietnamese girls love me. And i love pho
i came from tiktok and immediately fell in love with your mukbangs😍 i hope you grow a lot and fast on here!!, manifesting it for you💞☺️
Came back to find this video just to tell you that I made this and loved it! Thanks for sharing the recipe. If you have a good Bún bò Hue recipe you wanna share, I’d try it!! Thanks again!
Your voice /accent is so nice
What accent 😂
@@Kk_1100 American I am not American so therefore she has a accent
You beautiful and can cook? Just became your favorite fan!!
Damn this is exactly my recipe. DID SOMEONE SOLD IT TO YOU!!! really tho i don't toss the preboil juice because it holds all the good juice from the meats next tyme skim off all the nasty stuff and run the juice through a strainer to a new pot. Plus cook low heat instead of 2 hour make it 4 hour it tastes alot better. Like they say second is always the best😂.
Spicy 🌶️ pho 🍲 for the win! 💥 love to put a full cup or two of jalapeños in my pho 🍲 I’m gonna try this recipe for sure
❤❤❤
If it ain’t spicy, I don’t want it! Lol homemade pho is always the best
Thank you so much for posting this! I LOVE LOVE PHO and hot pot….. Yes I’m as white as Casper, the friendly ghost, but my first boyfriend was half Japanese half American, and his mother, who was full-blooded Japanese would cook, authentic Japanese dishes for me, and it changed my life forever. Cut to… I moved to LA and introduce to new Asian culture and I fell in love with PHO! I also love how you use real raw ingredients in your recipe. I am suffering from the amount of chemicals that the US puts in our food and I have found that shopping at my local Asian market cuts a lot of that out. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻 God bless y’all’s culture….
respect, im in my feels... only thing that can top this is bun bo hue'
I went to my Asian homies family’s party and they had pho lol now I’m here trying to learn how to make it because I fell in love with it😂
I love pho. Great recipe and patience. I could smell the delicious broth from here.
I need to make this bc right now I’ve been ordering mine and I spend about $35 a week on one bowl. I love it soo much and the more chili oil the better.
35???
You can get for Houston for like 10 bucks the large bowl too 😆
You’re going to save a ton of money!!
@@brandonmoss7976 everything in Raleigh is expensive. Don’t get me wrong I do get some extras and one bowl feeds two people very well or can be separated for two meals.
ohh man looks so good!! now I'm hungry!!!
The broth is EVERYTHING. Definitely beef or pork bones.
Looks so good!!

Very approachable. Thanks!
Looking at this video, made me hungry, laugh a little and upset ,that I did not go get pho 🍜 soup knowing I wanted it . I remember making pho soup once and did a horrible job doing so. 😂 that was probably because I didn’t have half of the gradients that I seen in this video.
Beautiful and can cook one of my favorite dishes!
Great dish. Chef 👩🍳 thanks for sharing 😎👍😇🥣🍜❤ my favorite too
Love the way she say Granny too cute.😊 love the video

Dont forget the lime. Great video and awesome recipe.
she did it.
Just ordered all the stuff you used can’t wait to try
How was it?
Wow that looks amazing!!
I LOVE YOUR COOKING 🙏🏻
damn i need you to cook for me ;)
I like to roast my beef bone first before throwing in the pot .
I’ve seen pho made with apple but never carrot and celery. It’s a very common Asian soup stock combination with the daikon.
Is there a strong celery aroma or taste?
I also use the same pho soup base lol. Buy you did it way more extra than me lol
Thank you!!! I’m making this tonight
I gotta try your recipe! I love how simple it is.
Aww cute little gen z cooking pho...hmmm.... one thing your wrong about using fish sauce about it spoiling. It's called fermented for a reason so it doesn't spoil my dear.
Granny say it's good then I got to try 😅🍜
