I just made this recipe. It’s really good and the first time I’ve made pho and it tasted like pho. I’ve tried traditional and insta pot recipes before and they tasted like dirty water. For us personally, next time we will maybe use only one, smaller rock sugar, but I know a lot of people like this dish a bit on the sweet side, so if that’s you, then leave it as is. Thank you so much. My family’s favorite food is pho and it’s far from us and expensive. This is a game changer! Thank you so much!
I've been vegetarian for my whole life and yet I've watched this recipe thrice. I mean what sort of affection towards you is this where I fangirl and adore you at the same time!!
for the one person reaaaaally fast version, I use beef bullion for the soup. sacrilegious I know 😅 but you gotta do what u gotta do! n to save a pot I actually boil my water in my hot water boiler (like for tea) and pour into bowl with my noodles to cook it, less of a hassle compared to using a separate pot just to boil the noodle 15s. but yes im super sacrilegious, don't kill me XD
Very good, good job your vlogs are consistent, not changing only one content. Cooking. So good. Well done. Bounderies. Never seen her vlogging her travels outside their country, which is really good and safe. You don't have to post everything. Good job !
Oh your video ended at an odd time. Your recipe looks really awesome! To me, as a viewer, it would have been more enjoyable to see you plate it, and eat it and describe the flavors. I say this not as a person that is judging your art, your video is awesome. I will be making this tomorrow. Thank you!
I just subscribed…I’m thinking you could make money giving lessons you explain things so well and handle so many things at the same time. I enjoy watching you cook.
I'm definitely going to try out this quick Recipe! Thank you. Also, how long do you parboil/blanch the bones for? What is the seperated fat water normally used for?
Quick question: how does one learn to cook like this...I either have to stick to a recipe or cook with the one mix of herbs I know I won't fuck up. Your meals always look so delicious!
For ppl who doesn’t have time but still want to toast their spice a little bit, pop it into the microwave for about 30 seconds if not toasted enough, add time in 15 seconds increments
Another time aaving tip: use beef ribs or ox tail instead of beef shank. The bones in them give you more flavor and you can fish the ribs and oxtail out and serve as is. No slicing the meet after cooking required.

Thank you for the recipe ❤ I made it this weekend and my family loved it😊 even my mom who is a picky eater was in love with the broth.
As soon as I saw the Instapot lid placement, I walked to the kitchen verify it myself. I have learned today.

Yes, I did know it does that. But does my family ever remember that? No and that's why the lid has hit the floor about 100 times.

Maybe Amazon sells it

New subscriber here! 😅 I’m making this recipe right now. Question for you how many quarts is your pressure cooker? Mine is 6 and it seems small. 😢
Another time aaving tip: use beef ribs or ox tail instead of beef shank. The bones in them give you more flavor and you can fish the ribs and oxtail out and serve as is. No slicing the meet after cooking required.

What’s your best recommendation for a Pho spot near Garden Grove or Anaheim in LA?
Please please teach me how to make bon bo Hue. I hope I spelled it right. The lemongrass broth dish
ABSOLUTELY PERFECT
QUESTION: does it have to be a pressure pot or can it be made in a crock pot and just have to be in it longer??
Just curious, what’s the purpose of blanching the beef shank and bones first?
I need to translate this for the crockpot express "instant pot". This looks so good 😭
