- I've never gotten so many requests to drop a recipe until this one so here it is! A lot of my friends and followers know that I'm a pho FANATIC. After experimenting and creating different variations of Jet Tila's quick pho recipe, I finally came to a place where I feel confident enough to share my recipe with everyone. Test it out and let me know your thoughts! Always open to recipe suggestions and modifications. ENJOY!!
P.S. By no means am I claiming to make the most authentic or "best" pho but this is MORE than good enough for my standards. I will continue making my own pho for the rest of my litto darn life. 🤓✌🏼

I watched at least 7 or 8 different channels to making Pho. And bar none this is the absolute best! Why? The content demonstration here went right to the point and with clarity, she cut out all the excess chatter, no background noise to distract the viewers, the steps to making Pho was so easy to follow, she wasted no time-I’m definitely inspired to making this dish for my special date. And the end result-she made it look so believably good tasting 😋 Thank you for sharing, your Pho demonstration was Excellent! Mouth watering now for Pho! 😋🌱
I totally agree! Heading to store now to get my i ingredients!!
tried this recipe last night omg im in heaven . TRY this ! asap . Im not going back to my local Pho place . they gotten expensive. The ingredients cost me about $36 dollars ( i got 2 packs of beef and have plenty left over !!). When i dine in or take out its normally $60 . of course we order the eggrolls and thai tea( which i taught myself to make last night as well) the point is , this saves me alot of money and its EASY. I will try the 2 day method eventually but for now this is my go to !! Please try her recipe she put alot of time into it im sure to find the perfect taste. Thanks girl !
she didnt even put how much water she put in the pot up there.
CHEATING? Who cares? As long as it tastes good! You go girl!
Wifeyyyyy😍
Game changer! I can't even begin to tell you how much I love you right now. I've spent endless hours in the kitchen & hundreds of dollars trying to come up with a perfect pho recipe & while Ive got it dialed in for the most part, this recipe supercedes it all. The time & saved money alone puts this at the top but the flavor is the best! When you eat pho regularly like I do & dont have time to slave over a stove daily this is the way to go. The only thing I did different was use the pre-packaged old man que houng pho seasoning packet with the bag & I used hot pot meat. Thank You for sharing this recipe!
If you don't like flavors, onion, garlic, cilantro/coriander, peppers, spices, stick to plain oatmeal because you have no taste buds.
I tried this recipe last night and wow! The flavor of the broth was amazing! I was able to find all ingredients at my grocery store. So glad I found this recipe. Thank you!
I made it and it was delicious! The only thing I did different was to roast the onion and ginger for a bit before I put it in the broth (bc I was just sitting around and had time anyway). Other than that I followed the recipe exactly and was extremely impressed. It fed me twice, but both times I was stuffed to the max. I think four people could enjoy dinner together with this recipe. Thanks for sharing!
I made this for my family and everyone LOVED it! Thank you for posting an easy, fast, yummy recipe!
I never comment anywhere, but I need you to know I tried your recipe and it was amazing. This pho is now one of my go-to meals. Your video is to the point and you even wrote down the ingredients in the description. This was well communicated and very accessible.
Thank you!
I made this today, i didnt use ginger or fish sauce ( wasnt available) and it turned out real good!!! I was really surprised.
So glad I came across this video looking for Pho recipes. I tried it and it was fantastic! Thank you for all the hard work you put into taste testing and tweaking your recipe to get to this!
Made this today for my husband and I and he loved it!! Great and easy recipe. Instead of beef, I made it with shrimp 😋
Yessss I am so ready to make this! Gonna go buy all the ingredients this weekend! It’s my first time, wish me luck!
omg i was literally salivating during the mukbang time. Im heading to pizza for my date in an hour and thinking of bailing and getting pho instead 😁
Thanks for finding the beef bouillon! I was very surprised how good it came out and I am Viet and eat hella Pho. Gotta give credit where credits due.
Loved every part of this video! Can't wait to try it out
Meailtimes are always a it of a challenge in our house, something I can get done quickly after work (Luckily Im working from home at the moment), something my wife likes, and more specifically, something for my neuro spicy daughter (she really prefers something that's mostly one flavour, complex flavours or weird textures are a quick turn off for her) and Pho Bo just seems to have the right ability to make everything slightly beefy in flavour, so its a good way to actually get some other veg into the meal too, so probably not authentic, but we also garnish with a little carrot, cauliflower and small pieces of broccoli too as they really take on the flavour of the broth well. 10/10 success!
Just made this today as I’ve never had pho before . Came out beautifully, very clear instructions, easy to follow , straight to the point . Thank you 💕
Thank you for the recipe. Definitely want to try that. Watching you enjoying it is the best part of the video 🙂
Thank you for this! I'm a mom on a budget...who loves pho! ❤
ABCV dude here. No judgment. Just glad you appreciate the dish enough to learn how to make it your own. Respect.
Oh, in addition to your BTB, I would add store bought Beef Bone Broth to it as well. It'll add a whole new level of rich beefy goodness to it. 😊
Best pho recipe I've followed, thank you so much ❤
dude this video came in clutch tonight! my chicken pho w meatballs came out so fucking good I never thought I'd be able to pull this off but your instructions were super easy to follow. thank you!!!

Hey Freesia! Stumbled upon your tiktok, and have been watching your youtube channel! You have such an infectious personality, girl! Your RUclips videos are so helpful for someone like me, who is considering moving to NYC from the south. Following and wishing you the best!
Aw thanks so much Mollie!
Made this couple days ago, and it was bomb! I would love more cooking videos, maybe a ramen one👀
Great video. You’ve got some skills! Very similar to how I make it. A recommendation - raise your left elbow a bit when using your knife - it aids in keeping finger tips safe.
Great job.
You are exactly right...ain't nobody got time for a 2 day broth prep lol...thanks for the recipe, cant wait to try it!
Loved this video 🍜 how much would you say the ingredients cost for one serving of thing? As compared to a restaurant. Thanks!!!
Shes literally my spirit animal
im going to try this today, im experimenting with several quick recipes to make this faster. so far ive got the spices already mixed in little containers, frozen crushed ginger/garlic, plain ramen noodle block to speed things up a bit. another note, good quality pickling spice makes a great substitute if you dont have the spices, they have bay leaves, cardamom, clove, cinnomon, coriander but not star anise but you can use anise seeds, meatballs are my absolute favorite in this dish
You are AWESOME!!! Great video... you showed steps that no one else has and thank you very much
❤❤❤I made this, was exactly what I wanted, found a really great quality beef bone broth , merci❤❤❤
I tried this for the first time today. I didn't personally make it. But it was SO delicious!
Thank you so much for this recipe. I tried it today and it tasted exactly how I remembered it from Chicago restaurants. Also, my house smells amazing now.
Gonna try this asap!..my daughter's and I love pho so I'll be a hero if this works out 🙏🏽
Thank u I been waiting to make this for years and I had everything except the anise star I thought I had some but I let u know how it goes. Hubby got give the approval. I suck at cooking
Thanks for sharing! This recipe was so simple/tasty and smelled delicious. (I added toasted coriander seeds and chicken drumsticks. Also I used thicker rice noodles and cooked them 3-4m after soaking them as instructed in temps room.Oh! And I broiled-in the convectional oven- the onion and ginger.). It was EXCELLENT,I’ll definitely share and do it again!!
That happy dance..🎉❤😊
I made this today and it was sooo good. Thanks so much!
love your videos! keep it going, sending luv from australia x
Made this. Amazing! Thx for sharing if I’ve not said before. ❤️
wowowow, that looks SO good 😭
Amazing!
Trying this tomorrow. Will update.
I recreated this and it’s perfection ❤️❤️❤️
You just happened to ask Alexa the time at 10am. Today. I’ll enjoy the sunshine today as well.
I recommend if you can find it by you....to use Culantro (Recao) instead of Cilantro it has a better taste, it's ikind of in the same family, but the leaves are long. And is what they use in Viet Nam and Latin America..
You are the best, very easy to understand thank you ❤
Looks great, thanks for sharing
Im literally about to do this.. I be spending hundreds on PHO 😭😂

uncle roger is under the greedy ccp.
She's gorgeous 😍
Making it tonight, exactly like you did, even bought pho bowls and spoons cause it matters lol…
Great video and I too feel bad for anyone that does not like cilantro
What kinds of meat are compatible with this dish, specifically beef, does it have to be always ribeye or can it be sirloin, or is it too chewy?
I'm not very well versed in the taste and texture properties of different cuts, sorry in advance.
hope you have a chance to visit Vietnam soon. Vietnamese pho is quite different and I am sure it will taste better in Vietnam 🇻🇳. Love u
Did I miss what you did with the lime? Just squeezed it into the soup after you served it?
