Loved that interview with Luke! What a super knitter his actor friend is, absolutely loved his cable knit jumper in that shade of green. Wish I could knit quite so expertly. X
oh my goodness Knit and Forfeit has me laughing throughout, and the end when Dan put on the crown with the royal music got me LOL non stop. Such a fun section!
Hi Guys! Congratulations Dan on your winning of the coveted crown! Kay, your quick fire questions were real “stinkers”! I’d like to bet that maybe only a couple of people knew those answers! Vienna and Salzburg are 2 of my most favourite places, gorgeous. We saw Mamma Mia again last week, amazing and who knew! Looking forward to your first advent . 🎅🏻🤶🏻 🧑🏻🎄🎄
I majored in biology, surrounded by "the sciences" and didn't know most of those answers. No worries, though---make that pink crown and wear it proudly. You are a creative genius and a queen of a human being. Happy holidays to both of you! Edited to add: the interview was fantastic. How inspiring!!!
Love how the West Yorkshire Spinners colour way has knitted up and definitely a great colour choice for the heel ! I have made socks with their Signature Sparkle 4 ply in Silent Night colour way and found it knitted up really well so would recommend you check that out as well the sparkle adds a special touch
Thank you for a very enjoyable episode. I really liked the interview that Luke did. I have looked at that double knitting scarf pattern but haven’t had the guts to cast it on.
It is definitely menopause!❤ The comfort will have to be that the questions were incredibly difficult for å lady in menopause😂 Thanks for å fantastic show❤🙏
Raising my hand and saying hello from Vienna! I'm new to your channel. Must confess I've never heard of that film before but will definitely have to watch it now. 😊
National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation on Thanksgiving Day starts the holiday season in our house. Bruce Willis in Die Hard is second! I've purchased DVD's for the non-US region market and was able to play them with my desktop or laptop computer. The striped, skinny scarf makes me think of 4th Dr. Who.
What a great tip that men are not used to being uncomfortable for fashion and I am curious why it hasn't been mentioned amongst knitters before? Another wonderful episode, Great interview Luke. Love your sock stash Kay. Dan did you rig those questions? Anne🦘au
Great sock stash ... i would be wearing them in October. The X of Xmas is the Greek letter chi (that part I knew), which is the first letter of the Greek word Christos (thanks google). Apparently, xmas has a very long history and is not meant to take the Christ out of Christmas. They abbreviated it to reduce publishing costs. Future Knit or Forfeit question perhaps. Lots of your ?'s were way out there, Kay. I think I knew only 2 more than you however i think i got all but 1 of the knitting questions wrong.
I don't really like Hallmark movies. But every year i try to watch Miracle on 34th street, its a wonderful life, the bishop's wife, white christmas, holiday inn, and Christmas carol.
You have a lovely podcast. I loved the Knit or forfeit round. I agree Kay its Menopause. Dan you seemed to be unusually happy. (Kidding). The crown is rightfully yours. Kay I would make myself my pink crown with a blue diamond and wear it all the time. I may be naive but I was wondering if you are aware of the historian writer Dan Jones.? May be he is famous in your part of the world. I don’t know. He’s got audio podcasts and has written a ton of historic fiction books. I just found it amusing that he has the same name as Dan Jones and is a historian too. Love your podcast.
Dan, MILK BOTTLES ROCK!!! Sorry, I love your knitting but do not support your view on Milk Bottles. Maybe MILK BOTTLES in South Africa are more delicious here than in the UK. Maybe it’s because the cows get more sun 😂😂 Thanks for the show, send any MILK BOTTLES that Father Christmas gifts you my way. I can knit and chomp. ( Yummy!!)
So much beautiful knitting. A wonderful knitting interview with the knitting from Chris, just amazing. Thank you for a lovely podcast ❤️
“Christmas in Vienna” is free on RUclips right now. Had to watch it, then came back to finish watching your video. I agree. It is a wonderful movie!😁
What a GREAT interview!! Loved it so much!

Oh I will look for that movie. Watching you while I knit your Angel hat. Thanks for sharing such a relaxing knit.

I loved the interview. Wow, he's an amazing knitter!

“You don’t want disruption over your gusset” 😂🤣😂
Lovely episode as always, sat and watched while casting on my Yuletide scarf with this year's advent from Green Lambkin Yarn ❤
Best line of this episode- I blame menopause!
I really enjoyed the extra interview with Luke and Chris - thank you so much.
Loved your collection of socks. You are a great meticulous knitter. Good wishes ❤
Your striped scarf is reminiscent of a Dr Who scarf. Love it!
Thanks 🐧

Kay's latest FO reminds me of the Very Hungry Caterpillar

I really like the Fairground Pattern. Paula from Stitched by Mrs D had made some and I loved the look. I made one pair so far.
Lovely to see Nathan mentioned.

Great show as always. Love the scarf you are wearing Kay. Could you tell me the pattern please?

Those questions were very hard to answer. I didn’t know the answers either. You have taught me so much about knitting.
Hi! I think The Woolly Thistle puts matching solids with their self patterning WYS.
Hello from Vienna ☺️
Who needs a crown any way? Bitter no not in the slightest!!! Loved it
Great interview!

Oh my life... small world... my son, Luke, is currently the apprentice for DMT and was doing the Mamma Mia lighting ❤❤. Must tell him about Chris!
Hello from Swansea, Illinois.❤❤❤❤❤
Love the scrappy scarf idea!

Hope yall had a Happy Thanksgiving! Bring on the Christmas 🎄 patterns!!
I have seen a list of co-ordinating wys yarns. I think it might be in files in Winwick Mum Knit and natter FB group.

You need to contact Chris and tell him about DPN covers and needle stoppers. Lol
Oh Kay, those questions were awful. Hardly knew any of them. You are ok Kay.
