Just started after learning some things a few decades ago, could still do all the things I learned like weave and thread the needle… Never learned pendulums though, and split time pendulums seems like the hardest thing I’ve ever tried. 😂

My poor wee brain is struggling to take all this video in, in one day. "Shit just got real up in ere" You are an excellent teacher, very clear with no waffling. Your visuals are perfect.

I haven't practiced poi since I was about 9, so roughly 13 years ago. Thank God a lot of it is in muscle movement 😂
