  • Here's one of my Patreon tutorials.. Investigating the pendulums and explaining the concept of the "Pendulum 8" that I have found (but very likely others did too).

    I came back to this video when I was ready to give this concept my full attention. It’s truly exciting and very innovative. The way your mind works in breaking down this concept is amazing. Thank you so much for sharing this video with us Vojta. I remember taking your class at kindle and you were going over a lot of this but it didn’t quite sink in all the way. I’m very excited to learn some variations, there’s so many!

    “If you have nothing to do for the next 2 months . . . “ 😆 I love you so much Vojta. Your energy and curiosity is so inspiring. . . . Also, just recently mastered the 4p anti-spin vs 3b weave, and now you want me to do 4p anti-spin vs crazy8 what?! 🤯 . . . No, but seriously I love all your content and can’t wait to try some of these out. Thank you!!! ✨❤️✨

    Come back to poi after yeeeaaars without spinning.. Always something new to learn. Now there's elements in poi vernacular?! I love it! Thank you for the new trick. I'm going to have fun with this one.

    Jaw = floor.
    ...wow.
    Just wow.
    Your split hemisphere flow is amazing to see. Thank you so much for this upgraded model. You explained it so well that it makes sense, and now retuning to feel the three bottoms in wheel and wall 8s will come so much more easily. I'm excited to practice for feel. :) Thanks!
    Completely inspirational work.

    I've been playing with pendulums for the past month, and this video has been so refreshing! I completely agree, "1.5" beat weaves are completely misleading. I like how you applied it to flowers and wall planes, I've been playing with applying this theory to body tracers and reels- I'd love to see what you discover exploring that!

    I wonder - if you do that tick-tock- the small pendulum in unit circle - we of course understand the timing is 2 beats with another one with the circle. but if we choose to actually extend the pendulum and alongate it, will it still keep the rhythm, or, at some point the distance the poi will do, will be equal to another beat, just because it has to cover a longer distance? also - I think a small tick-tock can be combined with vertical cateye, and then you have a really weird shape that also has 3 downbeats and can sit on the 4 petal anti.
