Animenz is a professional piano player and you won't always hear the same exact transcription not because they're tired but because they want to change up the piece to make it more entertaining to both the viewers and to him.

I went to the second round LIVE AND GUESS WHAT..... HE MADE NEARLY NO MISTAKE FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END.
probably nerves playing in front of a big stage is a thing.. even the top performers out there still get nervous and make mistakes. from personal experience, I can play a song perfectly every time at home alone, but when I play it in public, i suddenly make a lot of mistakes.
