Guilty Crown was never the best anime (at least in my opinion), but the soundtrack makes me go back to it every time. Bios, Euterpe, My Dearest are some of the best musically arranged pieces I've ever listened to.
I would also say, he is among the best arrangers for piano solo of our time. The level of detail and the perfect use of classical figures is astonishing, even outside the "anime piano" world. If you also consider that he arranges *and* learns it to a point that he can play without any (or barely) a mistake within just a week it's getting almost inhuman. We can all just hope he doesn't get the notorios "artist burnout".

i listened ALL the video in 0.75 and i was like damn why is the sound so bad really this is something to be sad for, and then another video was still like that, and thats when i realised. I have to listen to it twice, this is so good i have to correct my mistake XD
he is amazing, but without the classic pianist back then, sth like this wouldn’t even exist, liszt, Chopin, all impressive pianist, you should listen to some of the pieces
I literally held my breath unconsciously when he started playing, then suddenly I felt out of breath. That's when I realized I was holding my breath, lol 🤣
I have play both of them, ballade 1 is still harder, if you are a modern or jazz pianist, it will easier for you to memorize this piece because this song still have chord progression and catchy melody, you just need to practice some advance appergio to learn it. But in Ballade 1 the melody and harmony is going brr brrrrrr lol
1:26 Agressive in my opinion Usually animenz doesn’t hit the keys as hard, he’s prob been playing for a while here In this vid so he’s trying to get the right notes But he’s tense so the sound is a bit forced compared to usual
Yeh Kun I never would have thought that quick of an answer ^^ The sound is probably because of the mobile, or whatever it was recorded with, that can’t handle the big volume of the grand piano. Although I think it sounds fine
