Found your comments little naive. Bike riding depends on your skills and not on your height. There are many short riders who ride Tiger 1200 and other ADVs and they are doing it quite well.
But one have to learn that skills first, otherwise riding bikes like this is totally dependent on your strength, muscles and height. And even if one is skilled enough what if your leg slips while stopping bike on a muddy area, without that much height, strength & weight its just not safe.
Bro, I dont agree with your negative points. Guys, I am 5'9". I bought my TRK 502x on November 2021 and this is my first bike. I am going office daily by using this bike in Mumbai traffic. I have no problem at all. Just you need to know how to control this bike. All ADV bikes are heavy. If you love ADV bike then you need to accept it. But they are well balanced and you do not need to fight against its weight, if you know the trick and practice well. If you have budget and love ADV bike then go for it. You are gonna love this bike.
My take is adv bike should be light weight if love to do offroading, I'd take trk for offroading then it will be hell...For commute Activa is good😜 and for highway crusing cruiser bike...but I agree with ur point we need to handle this bike if we love this bike.
Bro if you get use to it regularly then won't be a problem , I'm 5.9 height and can easily manage in City and highway Love the bike, just boight 1 week before
This video is totally concentrated only on the weight and height issues. Should have included feedback in engine, handling, braking and riding quality.
Sorry to say but how can you compare rx100 with an adv 😂, I ride bullet weights 197kg 30 to 40kg weight increase can be considered for this beauty 😍 502x is just amazing in this segment.
Bro it's was not a comparo video, if you check my earlier video i also own bullet 350 which is legend the only point to prove is handling this bike in city use is bit tuff task when ur legs are unreachable...I own all 3 bikes and what i feel i try to tell the same through this video...no worries hope u enjoy this vlog... coming soon more video on TRK.......stay tuned 👍
As per my view this is not offroading bike, its road touring bike.... For offroading we need light bike to manage the weight... If this bike will fall in mud, rail or heavy stone then lifiting this motorcycle is big task...
Nice Video .. Lekin Rx 100 se weight aur height mein kyu compare kar rhe ho.. dono alag bike, purpose alag, segment alag, power and built alag... matlab kyu... ?, Kawasaki versys ya Honda CB 500 se karna tha na ...
I don't agree with your height concept. I am 5.4 and owner of Interceptor 650 and Classic. With interceptor I do off roading and I am capable to handle. Although some times reaching ground level bit challenging but being a skillful rider, that is not an issue at all. Moreover I visited Beneli Noida and had a test ride of trk 502. As I was riding it in busy Noida Road, the staff was speachless by seeing my handling. Because I am only 5.4... So... I don't agree to your idea..
@@ridewithsuman8777 parts price vary depend on bike price bro splendor which u get in 90k then his parts are also cheap as compare to Benelli TRK which cost around 7 lacs.
Thank you for making this video. You have been most helpful bro! I am a healthy 5.7 guy, and I own a classic 350 that I use both for commutes and rides. I have been thinking of an upgrade to a proper ADV tourer for sometime and I found the 502x in yellow really irresistible. Still I wanted to know the honest thoughts of an owner. Thanks to you, now I can make a more informed decision. A small question, if it's alright, can you recommend any other ADVs similar to this one for my height? The base 502 looks great too, but I am not a fan of alloy wheels as they can crack anytime on Indian roads. Thanks in advance! Keep rocking bro! (Just subscribed to your channel).
Thank u for the wonderful comment. Finding an Bike/Adv should be ur own decision. Take a test drive of all bikes which u like and make a note on paper about good and bad points like height, weight, mileage, speed, price, service cost and later compare which one you like to go honestly I am 90's kid and I love old school bikes and buying TRK is a worst decision of my life as I was not fully prepare for this huge monster because I am not a full-time vlogger and I have some commitments towards my job and family so buying TRK and keeping this bike in parking is stupid decision. This bike is highway king but needs more care and money to handle it, i have to do long tours on this bike then only, this bike purposeful but or else it's waste. I am planning to sell this soon. Don't tell anyone 😜 and soon going for interceptor which has same power, retro look motorcycle and I can drive that in city and sometimes on highway.
@@ridemylife Thank you so much for taking the time to write back bro! You have made some solid points. I will follow your advice when evaluating different ADV touring options. Hopefully I will find something that's just right for my needs, budget, body type, and riding style. I mainly want a tourer with adventure capabilities that I can take anywhere in India. I am a retro guy (and 90's kid) too. While I love the looks, all the metal and chrome parts on it, the phenomenal traction I get at low speeds and the riding comfort of the Classic, I am growing tired of its downsides during long trips (low cruising speed, poor braking at high speeds, vibrations, no fuel gauge or ABS in mine, the low ground clearance, and the lack of power when you load both the 30L side boxes and have a pillion). Your TRK 502X is such a breadth of fresh air in terms of design, styling, touring capabilities, safety and road presence. But it is as you have said in the video, it has its own challenges and may not be ideal for every place or person. The interceptor is a phenomenal motorcycle. Several of my touring friends have it. You can never go wrong with that one, although its speed and acceleration will probably be not as exciting as your current motorcycle, but you will definitely enjoy your rides nevertheless. So, go for it bro! I think you will have a phenomenal time with it! That said, I guess RE will be launching more 650s in a year or two, which means there will be more options for us motorcycle heads in the future. Keep rocking and keep riding bro!
It's too underpowered and heavy for what it is (R1250 GSA weighs around 30kg extra). Decent in the looks department but I still doubt Benelli's built quality and spare availability. Better look for something else.
@@moviestar5883 as a 502X owner for 2 years, 100% agreed. build quality is sub-par. service and maintenance (in hyderabad, telangana) is a headache and is very underpowered at 502cc.
