We get behind the scenes of Rickie at the Open and Tiger & Phil in the Augusta champions locker room. Butch also talks about his efforts to help veterans including a 2007 trip to visit 9 bases in 7 days in Iraq with David Feherty, Tom Watson and Tom Lehman. All-time interview.

I could have listened to this for another 8 hours
I lost track of time i couldnt believe it was already over. It was insightful, wholesome, relaxed, inspiring, hilarious.
The best part of this is that even with 4 of you in there you just let the man talk. This felt like Christmas where you’re having some drinks with your grandpa and he just tells great stories.
wow I'm pretty amazed at how butch at 77 years young is still so keen and sharp. very articulate and doesn't even stutter. he must be a legendary coach! love how he shared so many stories!
I'm hitting my first golf course tomorrow after getting excited about Golf because of you guys.

I have been following Dave since way back in the day and been watching barstool sports grow. ive been following rigs and trent since day one of fore play. I think its safe to say that fore play golf is putting out the best content barstool sports has to offer right now. just killing it! just when you think fore play cant get any better, they drop something on your big toe! P.S. Im a USMC vet and it make me proud that we have people like Butch doing everything he can to help vets, 22 vets a day commit suicide. would love to see Fore play get more involved with veterans. P.S.S. i feel bad for lurch not having a mic, i think frankie left his mic back in new york. love you guys, keep up the good work! hit it hard

I love Butch. He taught at my dad's club when I was growing up (Lochinvar Golf Club in Houston) and I took a bunch of lessons from him. Had a lot of fun out there with him and CH!
That was so awesome. Perfect blend of letting Butch be Butch and bringing the Fore Play banter when needed. You guys are on fire. Keep it up. I just love what you are doing for this game.

I saw the time duration and thought, ughh no way, Ill listen to 10 min before bed, listened to the entire thing. One of the best insider casual golf interviews I have ever heard in a couple decades. Butch was an absolute Gem. And the boys were appropriately lower keyed...brilliant. Golf stories can be boring, but Butch was just awesome to listen to, what a background.....
What more can one say, Butch is legendary...down to earth, personable, great guy

Butch was so right about only sport you can walk the arena. I was at the Ryder Cup in Paris 2018 then got to go and play Le Golf National in 2020 just before this covid stuff hit. Unbelievably glad we made that trip now!!

Harmon approaches each golfer by the way they're built, tendencies, etc.. He doesn't force each golfer to hit one way.

this video is awesome crazy how knowledgeable this guy is super interesting when he said he doesnt change what a player does naturally but instead "takes the Achilles heel out of their swing then four or five things fall into place"
