I am a cleaner (janitor) at a printery. I have single handedly brought the standard of the facility up to a high.level from the crap hole it was. People respect me. I also go to the gym and train for strength. Im not a pro nor will i compete. I enjoy lifting heavy and find it helps me cope with negative emotions. Power to this gorgeous girl. RESPECT.

What people don't realize is that we could become whatever you want it's just a matter of getting up and doing it. Much props for her rise but we make life what we want. We just need to strife and struggle to chase it

If you are working to support yourself, it doesn't matter what other people think/say about it. There is also something relaxing and satisfying about certain jobs with physical labor instead of mind stress and office politics. You have a beautiful physique--and a great outlook on life🌷💪🏻

Your blog is very inspiring I'm 52 and I've always had an interest in bodybuilding. I've lost 23lbs but still have ways to go. I don't have a goal weight but if I stick to healthy lifestyle plan, the weight will come off. I need to start slow, with a realistic plan and how do one start bodybuilding?
Nothing wrong with being a cleaner. Never heard of it being called a Custodian (I think of that as taking responsibility for a child) but there is no shame in being a cleaner. Go Girl!
Life is a choice. I'm 4 1/2 months into my journey and it's cool to see the changes in the mirror, intoxicating almost. I would never take PED's but you can see where people get addicted to the gains.

I figured I'd just keep drawing the bow for more strength. I'm gonna Barrow your idea! And get a gym membership cause I'm fluffy!
I didn't always hate my body. I don't completely hate it now. I used to when I was around 13 and I was bullied for how I looked and because I was the only kid without a friend at lunch which drove me to self hate and severe self harm and because there was no one to help me suicide seemed like the only option to me. But thankfully a new girl joined our class and I expected the usual treatment of neglect as per usual. But she was different. She was alone too even with the fact that she had friends. She saw that I was lonely too and we started to hang out now and then and then soon every lunch and she was welcomed into my house and me to hers. She was my saviour and she motivated me to workout and become healthy. Today we work as apprentices in electronic engineering together. Gives a whole new meaning to the phrase"I couldn't live without you".
Wow! Great story! I wish I could go hunting but I just don't have the time or gear. I get deer meat from my brothers and it's the best source of red meat.
