Ingredients:
Bottle gourd/Lauki/Sorekai - 3/4th medium
Fresh Curd(yogurt) - 1+1/2 cup
Salt -1 tsp or to taste
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Green Chilli - 2 slit
Water - 1/4 cup
For tempering
Oil - 2tsp
Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
Jeera/cumin -1/4tsp
Urad dal - 1/2tsp
DRied Red Chilli - 2
Curry Leaves - 1 sprig

This is really tasty and quick recipe, I just made one variation, add teaspoon of besan in curd. It gave good creamy texture

Just added black pepper instead of dry red chilli & without urad dal
Lauki outer green part didn't cook properly outside so had to pressure cook then
