Because antibody is produced as a specific response to that antigen which is affecting human also. so same antibody can be used. But thats why we produce monoclonal antibody so only one form of antibody is used which is pure and specific.
+Ithirstyforknowledge specific antibody is universal to specific antigen whether they are obtained from horse , mouse so they do not act as antigen for humans
