So very clever! When you started with the paint , then the stencils, then the blending its like a recipe! Then & then after so much tedious work your artistic piece is Grand!
A year of studying and I finally just finished my first piece. Gotta say you do make it look easier than it is, but I just kept listening to my inner Kacha, and I am thrilled with the end result. Thank you for being such a great and FUN teacher. 💞
This dresser is one that it took real vision to see what potential was there. The finished dresser is gorgeous but not over done. Thank you too for doing different products. Not everyone wants to spend the money or at least right away for Dixie Bell or the other pricey brands. Duke looks good! Hope he is seizure free. My Pitbull has to have surgery next month. Shes a love like Duke.
Love Kacha! Not always the repetitive background music, but always the work. I have looked at all similar videos and I have to say, that Kacha is the BEST of all, without par. 👌👍👏😍 Keep up the good work!
BEAUTIFUL and STUNNING! Lots of medium on the piece. Liked watching Modern Masters being used. Very well done!! And, you are a character to watch! Enjoyable and informative!! Thank you!
I would love to see your statement pieces in rooms with other furniture. I love what you do and look at some of my items at home thinking I would love to transform them. I just don't know how to picture such dramatic furniture in my home.
Wow, wow, wow, absolutely stunning you amaze me all the time with how talented you are. You could do this technique with so many different colour combinations, can't wait to try it xx
My favorite thing you could do would be to show us how each layer changes the look. I’ve had this question for a long ass time. • Sure you needed primer. But did it need to be that one? Was it cheaper than just using a dark primer? Or was it more about the chalk paint texture? • You painted it black which it used black at the end too. I didn’t pay attention well enough. Was this black the same black you started with? • You covered it with gold & black on top. You pretty much left that alone once you got what you liked. * But I wondered if you could have skipped the 2nd coat, which was black, and just used the roller with black and gold. * Would it have required twice as much paint had you skipped the coat of black? * Did you totally cover up that black? * Or is some peaking through? That’s where I’d want to see with and without that black coat. • then you applied gold but wiped it back off. • then you gold leafed it. Couldn’t you have just used the same gold you brushed on? I full well know YOU are an excellent artist and furniture artist painter. But I - not one at all - would like to SEE how these steps make your piece better than without all of the layers. Please don’t be offended by my questions. In fact, I ask YOU because you do know and feel what each of your pieces need in order to become such pieces of art. Thank you, Leslie
Amazingly glamorous! Huge thanks to Carlos for filming all these phenomenal transformations. We wouldn't see the magic without our camera wizard!
