      When you’re the one doing the punching and not getting hit as much, that helps lol. Plus he did take a 10 year layoff so I guess that also did a great deal of benefit to his mental health.

    This interview with this iconic hero had me in tears. The way he spoke about another icon and hero Ali and Joe Frazier we don’t have them anymore and how lucky we were to have been around to enjoy them, root for them when they won and cried when they lost. The fact Big George is not only beyond wealthy he still has his health, his family and his God. Of all the great people and athletes that have been on this program this is one that I will never forget and this was conducted at George’s compound amazing. Thanks guys. 😊

    George never bigs himself up or pumps his chest. Humble as ever, no wonder God blessed him with a wonderful family, legacy, more money than he made in the ring. Most importantly, peace and a sound mind. Im 32 and he speaks more clearly and eloquently than me lol! Incredible interview, the right questions being asked.

    Foreman has outlasted them all. His mind and body appear to be well intact along with his thinking and humor. Now how he did that? Is truly amazing to me and a lot of you.     I can't get over how down-to-Earth George is. He's humble, honest, funny and incredibly inspirational. Not something you might expect from such a devastating former heavyweight champion (his match vs. the late Ron Lyle in 1976 is well worth your time). Brandon and Djax were great.

    Great interview, this is my favorite episode to this date. My fondest memory of Foreman is when he came back in the 90's in his 40's, and beat Michael Moorer for the heavy weight title, knocked him cold out. I also had a Foreman grill, too. Love the grease catcher on that thing. RIP Muhammad Ali.

    9:00 this part where George Foreman said “ never a punch in anger” it really reminded me of Thorfinn and Musashi. Long story short both these men were battling anger inside of them and they were great warriors, but this anger control them. Until one they realized. You have no enemies and invincible is just a word.

    EPIC...I felt the gravity of it. An Amazing story and he is living history...that part about Ali was trying to win a boxing match and he was trying to kill him then needing to atone for that resulting in a loving friendship...POWERFUL.     I didn't have positive male role models growing up, and my father raised me.
    But men like him that turned negative to positive, and I became what he was meant. I love his wisdom.
