That brownish/copperish stripe is really pretty against the black. He definitely has some weapons scattered throughout his body, though. As always, your artwork was awesome. I haven't decided which one yet, but I'm intending to buy a print.

Go learn your own state's history before spouting off that nonsense. There's a native wolf species for almost every single state in the union except Hawaii. Gray wolves in the north and red wolves in the south (they're nearly extinct at this point tho), and OR had timber wolves which are gray wolves, so yes they're native here.

Wolverines are durable and courageous creatures. No doubt about that. They are one of the few creatures in the wild that possess the closest thing to what's referred to as gameness. Gameness is basically the determination to not give up even when faced with danger or a very challenging situation. It is a quality mostly found in and associated with catch and fighting dogs such as like a certain breed most of us know that have been selectively bred for very dangerous and challenging tasks such as controlling bulls in bullfighting matches, holding down wild pigs for hunting, and fighting each other in dogfighting matches that can last longer than some movies. A dog can be exhausted, have broken bones, and even on the verge of death, but the dog still will not back down and have the will to keep going. It is a trait that actually goes against nature, which is why wolverine don't exactly have the same gameness a certain breed has been bred for. But the wolverine has the closest thing to it out of any wild creature, except for probably its cousins the badger and the honey badger. I have seen video of wolverine sometimes running from a wolf and a few videos of wolverine backing down from a badger. One crazy video even shows two wolverines attacking a badger, and then the wolverines back off! However, I have seen videos on RUclips of gamedogs fighting badgers in one-on-one fights, and the dogs are actually handling the badgers.

Such nonsense. Wolverines are cautious animals, they avoid trouble all the time what comes to other predators. Of course all animals have territorial disputes with own species. Honey badgers also try to avoid leopards and lions, they try to survive, not to get killed.
