Jane Tranter captures exactly makes this production so special - that it champions human values of kindness and compassion over battles of physical or intellectual might. Quite a rare thing nowadays.
Such a great show, great acting....all because of having great source material, as soon as the episode ends I can’t wait for the next. That’s the mark of an amazing show and an amazing journey unfolding and cheers to everyone involved 🍻
It's THE best thing happening on tv after the Thrones, Ruth is simply amazing but even your media doesn't do that much to make it even more popular ... It's kinda sad and in the meanwhile the Mandalorian gets all the hype for no reason at all /or atleast if talking about the last 2 episodes/
(Spoilers in comment for episode 7) Jack Thorne and the team have done an amazing job of adapting the books to this series and I am so amazed at how they have done it. This books series means so much to me and I've seen some back television adaptions but that's not the case with this! I am so thankful that they've stayed as true as possible to the books. Loved last night's episode with the bear fight how they adapted the Bear Kings death differently. Was almost more chilling that to see it actually happen like it was in the books. Amazing work!
Alex Papas That’s just how adaptation is. With books, the readers can take their time and search the complex writing/dialogue. But with tv/movie, the audience won’t have time to comprehend the story. If you don’t catch up then you’ve lost it.
Alex Papas But it’s your opinion soo. Though I think the show is a much better adaptation than the movie. It’s a bit slow at first but I’m enjoying it so far.

"A piece that has been loved onto the screen"
One of the under the radar tv series of 2019. Daphne Keene is amazing.
Dafne Keen is an outstanding talent. I can’t wait for Season Three and the conclusion.
I love it ! Fantastic job all the way around.

His Dark Materials is amazing!

Can't wait for these people to get a hold of Doctor Who
Good!
Well this show would have been a PHENOMENON if it weren't for the mediocre writing and weak dialogue...
Alex Papas lol weak dialogue?? And also it’s currently the third most popular show on imdb soooo you were saying?
@@paulenekim8845 That it could have been a LOT better had it captured some of the elements of the book.
@@paulenekim8845 Basically that Jack Thorne was a bad choice.
