    Ben; You're a long way from Calif. where I can help.
    Suggestions: 1). See if you can find a podiatrist or physio
    who can perform a "low Dye" taping of your feet.The tape
    stabilizes the foot & reduces work of the post tib's.. 2). Buy
    either the "Pose method" running book or "Chi
    running" book. This is what I teach. Learning via book is a
    harder than me coaching you, but it can still help. Try the taping first as it is the most direct thing for this type of injury. Good luck. Jeff

    Hi Jeff, I know it's been a while since this video was uploaded, but here goes:
    I've been suffering from shin splints on the inner lower leg for the past 2 years, and it hurts when i take off. I've tried running with a faster cadence and land mid foot/slightly forefoot but the shin splints are still there. I therefore thinks i have a delayed take-off, but how do i prevent this?
