Snare question for you Ryan - Do any companies make snares with internal mufflers anymore? Like the old Acrolytes? I know they're kinda janky and outdated, but I honestly use the one on mine all the time for different effects.

Several companies offer mufflers but they're not standard and have to be ordered with the muffler if you don't want to have your shell drilled for it later. Ludwig have two types, Gretsch have a muffler, so do Canopus, and Tama just reissued the One Touch muffler for the 50th Anniversary Mastercraft drums, which is my personal favorite.
