    Thank you for your cooking videos so very clearly explained in English and Cambodian languages. I would like to know if you can put a video of the another kind of Mam Lahong but with small cut bits of fish and grated green papaya. It's a very good Mam with a sugary taste. In Cambodia we can buy it mostly from Vietnamese sellers at market place. Thank you again.

      Nancy Zhou did you soak it in cold water instead of hot or room temperature be to put it in the refrig.

      I tried watching her video. Holy cow! I was getting dizzy. I understand her explanation, but I couldn't get the brand name of that "mam". It is in Vietnamese. There are so many versions, and I wanted to find out her version so I look for it at my grocery. Nope! Not every Asian grocery stores will carry the same items. That was why I asked her if her "mam" is the same as "prahok."
