I have been doing overcoming isometrics for a few weeks now and noticed incredibly results for my Krav Maga training!!!.
I do other explosive training as well as my classes but OI training has really helped!! Last nights Krav class was a huge result so far!!.
I was paired up with someone in class and we were doing palm strikes, when it was my turn my partner held the big bag on his chest and when I struck my left and right palm strike driving my hips core legs forward, I generated so much force my partner went a few steps back nearly lost his ballance and felt it in his chest!.
I asked if he was ok shal I go lighter he replied “ yeh I’m ok don’t worry keep going”.
From last nights class I knew straight away that OI is definitely working for me!! And for my other training sessions too!!!
I don’t weigh a lot only 12 stone and this guy must of weighed about 17 or 18 stone by the look of him
I remember watching one RUclips short and the dude said Sleep will be sacrificed when you start working out. And I was like *confused screaming*.

Yes, Bruce used diet, exercise and meditation. But don't forget, he also used hash, coke and acid. He was also a workaholic, so, not everything he did was particularly healthy.

how did bruce lee progressively overload on overcoming isometrics?
He increased the time under tension. So he went from 6 to ultimately 12 seconds
@@NoLimitSquad wouldn't that increase muscular endurance? what about adding volume to progressively overload?
@yercules yes, it started to become more endurance. I'm assuming that's what he wanted to do though without really knowing truly what he was after. If he wanted to keep chasing strength he would've needed to keep adding sets at 6 seconds or lower

How many pounds of muscle do you think a man can gain in 12 months from ONLY doing overcoming isometrics for 3 and 6 second holds for raw strength only, zero hypetrophy?
That's a tough question because there are so many variables involved. Nutrition, sleep, genetics, frequency, etc. I'm not sure is my honest answer to that however I'd say that anyone would definitely gain muscle mass over that time period
@@NoLimitSquad my bad, i meant enough sleep, 15 min 6x a week, and zero surplus, only maintenance or slighty below maintenance. What would your rough estimate be now? If you could give a rough estimate would mean a lot to me man.

It's the old school version of something similar to Planet Fitness' 30 minutes circuit area. Just a total body workout type circuit
i still dont understand how bruce lee got such a shredded body i mean i hahve never ever seen a person have such kind of an body how was it even possible was it because of the isometrics he did
The isometrics made him powerful but you also have to consider his immaculate diet, strict regimen, cardio training, weightlifting (marcy circuit trainer among other things), and his martial arts training.
Imagine a training schedule like that week in and week out. It's simple, sure. But how many people would actually stick with that week after week after month after year?
