assalaam alaykum warahmatullah is it permissible to contribute with other muslims that are not from your immediate family towards buying a sheep?

Wa alaikoem selaam wa rahmetoelah. Buying it together ? Yes in sche Allah this is permissible, it’s not a requirement that you can only buy a sheep with family. But generally the best sadaqah is the sadaqah you give to those near you like family, then friends etc. And Allah knows best
