I used to work as a night shift taxi driver in capital of Finland and if we forget all bad people and days then that was most fun job I ever had. I drove 90% of time old Mercedes (can't remember the model name but the one with 4 round head lights) and max size Sprinter vans that had been modified with wheelchair elevator. Last 10% I drove one of the craziest luxury Mercedes car I've ever seen and it felt like a dream job at that point.
If I ever go back to driving taxi or some more luxury "taxi" service (or if I can ever since I lost sight from right eye and getting taxi license back is hard because of that) I will buy my own car, modify it into taxi and start my own specialized service that is bit more luxurious and I will definitely get something similar to this car. I mean it is fun to drive huge Sprinter around and have damn good seat and comfortable driving position for 12h++ work shifts but car like in the video would mean that I could sleep in it and wait + drive long distances and move people around where ever they want without the fear of where to spend nights etc.
I LOVE what you guys have gotten into as far as quality of the videos. I do miss lew later though 😔

The interior is amazing but the exterior shape is kinda basic. I prefer the shape of the og Maybach.
And I really hate the two tone color on the outside. I would go 100% for full black. Especially if it’s 20k$ for it.

on the exterior, I think they’re going for extremely understated. At this price point if you wanted a car that said ‘I have money’, plenty of options. but if you want something genuinely luxury in the important places without screaming and shouting to the masses, Mercedes has your back. if that’s not you’re thing, Lamborghini have a car for you :)

I’m not sure why anybody’s surprised. This channel has always been an advertising channel, just like those trashy 1980’s cable TV infomercials, except on RUclips. The only difference is that now there are enough viewers to warrant more premium brands like Mercedes Benz advertising their products on the channel.

And I bet this will be the only one. Mercedes is quietly dropping the EQS line. They aren't selling and depreciate up to 50% in year one. They will be focusing on making cars they already sell electric like the EQB and the G wagon. They even toned down the electric car styling so the G wagon looks like the gas car that just happens to be electric. This is like putting lip stick on a pig and than rubbing s$it on it.
