    Marry me
Oops, I mean, this was great. Currently undergoing the heavy effects of grief on my sympathethic nervous system and feeling overwhelmed, plus higher blood pressure along with anxiety, and someone recommended Wim Hof method. Intuitively, after trying a short video, felt that it feels like a bit of a stretch. So glad I found this video, nownI know to just stay with slow breathwork.

I understood WHM as training. So I do it for 20 minutes almost every day. As a result, I have all benefits from the blue side of your flip chart.

Hey Coach, I started doing Wim Hof Breathing, and Rickson's Yoga Breathing every morning, and I'm pretty sure I breath correctly through my diaphragm, I even feel my core work when doing Rickson's exercise specifically, but you have me worried now haha.
So my question is, if I send you a video of me performing these exercises would you critique my breathing form? I'd appreciate it immensely, but I'd understand if you'd prefer not to.

Some people overthink breathing way too much. Analysis by paralysis. You want to know “proper breathing” aka belly or diaphragmatic breathing then watch how a small kid belly then copy that. Problem solved. As we get older we tend to become “chest breather”. There is no right or wrong but finding what works for you as every individual is unique. Mindful breathing or meditation is the same thing.

My question for the coach P J Nestler
I have been using the first type of breathing exercise, on and off for such a long time. However recently I started using the WH method exercise. This has immensely positive health effects on me. Feeling elated, alive, no depression. However, I have been suffering from having numbness in my left foot for the last 2 years, which will start when I stand up from a sitting position or start walking. However, with medication and exercise, it has become reduced considerably. However since I have started WH breathing, the numbness has increased. I wonder if it is due to WH breathing or for some other reasons. For the last 24 hours, I have stopped WH breathing and I feel awfully tired, depressed and unhappy. However, it will take a few days to find if the WH breathing has any effect on my numbness. Could you please be kind enough to elaborate on this

Did you figure out what was causing this and how to fix it?
