Just made this recipe a while ago..it's awesome! The pudding is very fine, no bubbles. The castella cake is also delicious, you can taste the richness of egg. However, my only suggestion is to cook it a bit longer and refrigerate it so that the pudding will set more stable. Thanks for sharing the recipe! 💕💕💕
