- On February 15, 2024 in Florida, an officer responded to a call of an unruly passenger on an incoming flight. Ground security reported that the pilot had requested a female passenger be escorted off the plane upon touchdown. It was reported that the passenger had been consuming alcohol and causing a scene, yelling and accusing a flight attendant of talking to her husband who was sitting in one of the front seats. This is footage of the events that followed.

His “Go to jail Marcy you’re an asshole!”🤣🤣🤣🤣

He should have said, "No, YOU go."

Alcohol turns idiots into louder, bigger idiots.
It definitely plows down any filters...do they really think insulting the folks who are in charge of arresting them will somehow improve the situation?? 😳🤦🏼♀️
no, it just turns people into idiots.
They're no better when sober.

And b!+c43$ into c....
Her husband needs to run 🏃🏻♂️ to the courthouse and file for divorce 🙄
I think he needs to sprint to the courthouse 🫠
Finally, a husband with balls.
Even while he's drunk he's like "just give them your id", yet she said he was the problem 🤦🏾♀️🤣
Right calls her an asshole and walks off. It’s only so much you can do
Time for a divorce.
I would call this a "divorce-able" event.
I don't like this mindset, if the genders were reversed here people would say that the man is abusive and that the woman needs to leave her verbally and emotionally abusive husband. She sucks and seems like an awful life partner, her poor husband deserves better.
I hate when Airlines force me to drink alcohol during my flight.
😄😆😂🤣

Well in a way she is right. Thay should learn to see when enough is enough.

“Allegiant overserved me.” Man I hate it when the airline hooks you up the alcohol IV and you have no say in how much they give you.
Not having her around would be a vacation in its own.
She blamed both her husband and the airline for the amount of alcohol she willingly shoved down her mouth. What an utter child.
Don't insult children like that. Even they know not to put things in their mouths 😂🤣😂🤣
She has just won a lawsuit, paying all costs, and a free all you can drink flight to the Spring Break.
Drunk and jonesing like crazy for a ciggie. Plus, underlying it all, she's a difficult personality. A triple whammy.
@@user-cb4oz1gj9z Great minds think alike well at least sober minds do😂
True, but then again, she has a point. If she is "drunk and disorderly" and they served her to that point, they have no right to complain about the drunk part. As for the acting like an a hole, that's a different story. Still no reason to escalate everything over an ID. Just escort the b***h out, take her picture, and say "don't let us find out you came back here".
Lmao husband called her an asshole.
Alcohol ruins so many families and lives its not even funny
Yep I have so much sadly, tragically I can say to vouche for that
I hear ya. Another child of alcoholic parents.😢
Alcohol completely ruined my childhood, both parents were insanely drunk constantly
Absolutely
He's not wrong, LOL
A moment of silence for this poor long suffering husband.
Why go to all the trouble of arresting someone, if the state drops all changes 🤔
Exactly what has happened in Portland, the cops morale is in the toilet, they lost almost half the officers because the leftist DA refuses to prosecute, even though the crimes get worse.
To give the husband a break

"Disrupting Mass Travel" needs to be a federal crime.
Or at least charge the offending buttholes the cost of the delay in it's entirety....
Well she definitely is a Disrupting Mass.
Yes it's just inexcusable.
Messing with a flight crew while in the air is an automatic felony.
I fly allot, I've recently seen signs up saying just this and a fine. I am pretty sure the FAA/Airlines are starting to crack down on this.
Dismissed? Judge should be ashamed and should be locked on an airplane with Marcy for 48 hours.
Realistically, she spent the night in jail and likely had to find a different airline to take her home after this, and pursuing charges would've been more than it was worth since she lived out of state (doesn't sound like a judge was ever involved beyond the original bail, as it says the state decided not to pursue charges - that would be the DA).
@@crikett23 If I were her husband I would've gone to the beach and just forgotten her in there.
@ltvanburen8555 i’m just wondering, where were you able to see where the charges were dismissed? I’m completely blind and not able to read any print that was in the video. Can you please tell me where you got that information from and exactly what it said?
@@TalentedHV I can help you with this. So at 11:36 a banner pops up on the bottom of the screen saying she was charged with disorderly intoxication and resisting without violence. Immediately after that another banner popped up, saying the state decided not to pursue prosecution on both charges.

Yes, but this is what happens to bars when the customer drinks too much and ends up in an accident. The bar is sued for over serving the customer. Allegiant should be held to the same policy.
