You actually aren't supposed to close one eye while aiming. The dominant eye should peer through the sights while the other one stays open. It helps increase your FOV

To each their own, but COD has always lacked for me and has felt rushed. Battlefield will always be a more skill based, more detailed and beautiful game to me. I grew up playing both and I have enjoyed battlefield so much more. Battlefield lasts a long time for me where as COD gets boring after the first month. Play what you want but I'd choose Battlefield over any COD.

Commander Rex328 the engine is nothing without talented designers. If the devs can't push the id engine to it's limits, their problem. Id isn't as powerful graphically as it is mechanically, the shooting mechanic design is excellent in ID games, which is their signature trade really. Cod obviously adapted almost nothing from that.

Repolowat Apusa activision is one hell of a company in terms of money, and they also paid a big ammount of money to sledgehammer to make the game for them. With that ammount of money they could have introduced a lot of mechanics and details unique to cod (since cod and bf1 are pretty different), but instead of doing that they spent mostly on microtransactions and advertising on an already costly game. Its not that the studio did bad. For a COD day (at least of recent titles) I actually enjoyed it kinda. COD just isnt an effort game. You dont need to put in effort to something that is known for having little effort. Nobody notices a difference until you go and play any other well made shooter.

Conquest has a max time limit of 1 hour which I have never seen met and I've been playing since BF3. Most matches last 20-30 minutes tops. And Battlefield is far from a tryhard game. You can just as easily sit down, zone out, and just shoot things in battlefield. Difference is you'll actually get immersed. Besides you dont have to search far to hear the phrase "Suckin that Activision cock" or something very similar. I have yet to hear anything of that sort when it comes to DICE because Battlefield is the one EA series left thats still actually quality. The devs actually try every game and if you actually played it long enough to form an actual opinion, you wouldnt have said what you said and you'd know the game just has so much more love put into it. PC has opened me up to a lot of different shooters. And its sad when even the cheaply made, super indie source engine shooters feel more solid than COD. Its just bad. When you have a game run on a modified 90's game engine in 2018, its gonna be bad.

Love the detail in BF1, it really elevates it beyond a standard shooter to an immersive experience. Just little things like when you crouch in mud your weapon will get progressively dirtier and the dirt is 3D, as real mud would be. Or when you switch ammo types (like K-bullets) the soldier actually removes the magazine then loads the bullet into the chamber. When you are using that LMG with the ammo box, the clips deplete accurately and when you refill it will refill the proper amount clip by clip. The acoustics of your gun will change depending on if you're inside or outside etc.

AustereMuffin cod uses the Id engine too, which is made by the creators of fps shooters, Id software, bit that doesn't mean cod is the first fps and all just uses the engine of the first fpd
Commander Rex328 the engine is nothing without talented designers. If the devs can't push the id engine to it's limits, their problem. Id isn't as powerful graphically as it is mechanically, the shooting mechanic design is excellent in ID games, which is their signature trade really. Cod obviously adapted almost nothing from that.

Repolowat Apusa activision is one hell of a company in terms of money, and they also paid a big ammount of money to sledgehammer to make the game for them. With that ammount of money they could have introduced a lot of mechanics and details unique to cod (since cod and bf1 are pretty different), but instead of doing that they spent mostly on microtransactions and advertising on an already costly game. Anyway, the reason they didnt make a good game wasnt because the companies involved in making wwii are inferior, it was because they focused more on the cash grab aspect more than on the actual game

Undead Munchies it’s kind of a given usually, especially when they gave the development of their WW2 to the studio they did. They did a shit job honestly, they could’ve done a lot more with it than they did but instead they half assed it to push it out as soon as possible.
Its not that the studio did bad. For a COD day (at least of recent titles) I actually enjoyed it kinda. COD just isnt an effort game. You dont need to put in effort to something that is known for having little effort. Nobody notices a difference until you go and play any other well made shooter.

Conquest has a max time limit of 1 hour which I have never seen met and I've been playing since BF3. Most matches last 20-30 minutes tops. And Battlefield is far from a tryhard game. You can just as easily sit down, zone out, and just shoot things in battlefield. Difference is you'll actually get immersed. Besides you dont have to search far to hear the phrase "Suckin that Activision cock" or something very similar. I have yet to hear anything of that sort when it comes to DICE because Battlefield is the one EA series left thats still actually quality. The devs actually try every game and if you actually played it long enough to form an actual opinion, you wouldnt have said what you said and you'd know the game just has so much more love put into it. PC has opened me up to a lot of different shooters. And its sad when even the cheaply made, super indie source engine shooters feel more solid than COD. Its just bad. When you have a game run on a modified 90's game engine in 2018, its gonna be bad.

HOV 7 Im kinda torn between both. I really enjoy both, I’ve got 200hours in each. I like that they changed up a lot of the mechanics in BF1 and it has dare I say more balanced gunplay in my opinion.

Love the detail in BF1, it really elevates it beyond a standard shooter to an immersive experience. Just little things like when you crouch in mud your weapon will get progressively dirtier and the dirt is 3D, as real mud would be. Or when you switch ammo types (like K-bullets) the soldier actually removes the magazine then loads the bullet into the chamber. When you are using that LMG with the ammo box, the clips deplete accurately and when you refill it will refill the proper amount clip by clip. The acoustics of your gun will change depending on if you're inside or outside etc.
This is such a fair, unbiased and well presented video. Truth only and no one sided argument; excellently done.

lmao i was thinking the same exact thing, the video is obviously unbiased when most the things listed are graphical details that are literally only in Battlefield 1, which had much more time in the production, when WW2 only had like 1-2 years
Not only that, sledgehammer was working on advanced warfare 2 when Activision told them to scrap it due to the "future cod" idea dying out. WW2 was rushed in so many ways
