Hello Sir,Company sent a legal notice for absconding and they are asking me to pay 3 months salary . I worked for a week only. . Now they sent a legal notice after 2 year. What can I do?
Hi sir i didnt signed any contract letter i worked their for just 1.5 month for no reason they hold my salary after i got salary i gave resignation but they serve 1 month notice period i said i will not serve they said they put me in blacklist what should i do? No need to worry you can remove this experience and apply for other job.you will not have any problem

What if the person has abscond from job but he has two pf account number, one pf account which he abscond and the other one is from another company, in this case what will they do if they got new opportunity in new company. Pls suggest

Sir I abscond from the company without informing them and as per their company policy I have sign a bond for 1 year but I left very soon without serving notice period and now they're charging me 50 thousands and they bought their lawyers and force me to pay or they will filed against the law court of India, sir how do I escape this situation?

In this situation it is better to talk the company hr if they can sort it out in any alternative way and as they are going through the legal process and you have violated the agreement it is better to pay the amount or else there will be consequences in your career. You can also consult with lawyer but in this case they might also suggest the same thing what i said.

Try to resign and leave after notice period the reason I am saying this because you may face problem in future so for the sake of your career try to leave the company in proper way if you can.if the personal issue does not permit you to work you can leave but dont mention this job in resume

That you can check in epfo portal and do ask your new hr if they are ready to hire you as an absconding employee

First of all are you working in govt job or private and if you will join govt job in that case you can abscond and returning laptop is important so you can ask the hr to collect it or you have to submit to any nearby office or else they may take legal step due to the asset belongs to the company

First of allwhen you have not joined any govt job and planning to prepare.go for normal resignation first resign serve notice period and then leave and if you have decided to abscond call the hr tell them you will abscond and ask them to send someone to collect the asset because you will not be able to submit to the office

Hi m working in reputed company from 1.5 years. My notice period is for two months. I got the new job, they are saying me to join the company in a month. They will pay for the balanced 1 month to me and I will pay to my current company. But my current company not ready to reduced my notice period from 2 month to 1 month even if I pay them for 1 month. What should I do in such situation.
This situation is called as buyout, if your current company is not ready to reduce the NP ask your new employer that you will join after 2 months do not leave the current company without serving notice period. Your new company is aware of this policy and they will agree if you join after 2 months.

Against whom you will take?? Talk to them first that you can join only after 2 months and to take legal action first there are certain things that needs to be checked ot is not sufficient that you accepted the offer that means you are there employee

See based on your education try in IT because if you get a chance as a fresher even if you move to other company you will get more salary than what you are earning now

You can just dont mention your experience of 2 months anywhere

See company may take legal action but usually they dont go for it so you cannont mention this experience in anywhere of your resume
But keep in my about pf account even if you hide your exp your uan details can reflect your service history on the basis of which. Bgv is done

Now on 26th Sept 2023, they sent me legal notice by lawyer stating that I should return company's laptop and pay 1 lakh for notice period. I have already submitted company's laptop and sent acknowledgment slip. Now they are asking me to pay 1 lakh for notice period. What should I do sir??

If you accepted the offer over mail it is not necessary that you have to sign it. It is your call if you want relieving letter you can pay or else apply elsewhere as fresher

If you have provided mail communication to company that you are resigning then I think that should not be abscondment. But yes , they might ask you the amount for notice period shortfall which is mostly the basics of the month that you opt for buyout.

If I abscond a company after 15 days without serving notice period (Not signed any bond). And next company has no problem with absconding in this case the previous company can take any legal step on me. I did not like the culture of the company I can't adjust myself with them.
