Lets be honest, subscriber count after 1k is purely a vanity metric. Increasing the average view per viewer is definitely way more important and shows you have people watching more than one of your videos where they find value
Devin idk if you'll see this or not. I was initially streaming on twitch and had no idea how to scale. You motivated me to try out tiktok and youtube and my channel has changed since. I'm really glad I found you, keep on creating and can't wait to see you when u hit 1 mil sub.
Ayo Devin! I've been aware of you for a while and, as a young guy that's WAYYYY too into marketing lol, i've always greatly valued all your insights on the topic that you just casually dropped in random conversations with other streamers. I never bothered following you tho, mainly because of your inconsistent schedule and the fact it seemed like you were not taking content creation too seriously. HOWEVER, ever since RUclips started recommending your new videos on my feed, and seeing that you seem committed to the task now, I finally subscribed to both your YT channel and your Patreon. You mentioned losing subscribers everytime you uploaded, but let me just 100% CONFIRM your theory that you're just shedding old subscribers for newer ones like myself. Idk if the trend's reversed yet, but keep it up! RUclips is recommending your content to the right people! 🤗
he sells books and events, not just 3-5millions dollar businesses. I dont know why you're critiquing a tierlist when you don't even know the context of the data hes presenting
Hey Devin! Great video as usual, you've been killing it lately. Two small things I wanted to say: first, here's your reminder to add a pinned comment to this video. You mentioned it in the video so naturally I went to check and you still hadn't yet. Second, I noticed you don't actually link your Twitch in the description. Is there a specific reason for that or is it because you forgot to add it in? I'm assuming it's either something like RUclips not liking when you link to your Twitch, or the fact that your goal is primarily to grow the RUclips and Patreon. All I know is it always feels weird to me that all these videos lately are from live streams but there isn't even a link for viewers to check those out. I don't remember if you mentioned why in another video so I wanted to ask. Keep up the great work!

Great video Devin. Unfortunately I am not a fan of the title. The word 'debate' implies Alex Hormozi came into argue with you on voice, while critiquing a video without him being able to respond is fundamentally a different thing. It's still very good to hear your perspective on this video, but the title is misleading. I'm still watching all the vids you put out, and I like how informative you are, but please avoid clickbait like this.
My phone was sitting in my lap while I was watching this and when I look down I had the confirmation message asking if I wanted to block all videos from this channel lol oops
Nobody wants to fire everyone. Optimally you fire nobody and you just scale up your business infinitely. If your productivity goes up instead of firing people you would optimally want to upscale your business even more to do even more contracts and make even more money. Also trying to cut as much costs as possible is just trying to be more efficient. That's not even specific to capitalism, that's just regular basic stuff you do in any system ever with limited resources.

Absolutely nothing this guy says about growth or his own metrics can be trusted after he admitted point blank to buying followers/subs to grow his platforms. A 30% view to buy conversion rate on a book would be crazy if that number could be trusted, but not only is it unbelievable at face value without any contradicting data, but it follows very shortly after an admission of artificially boosting stats which undermines the entire discussion. 2 minutes into the video and this guy is just clueless, people that make more money don't spend more money, having more households over 100k$ on the app has absolutely nothing to do with making money, people with lower income are some of the easiest people to market to

His instragram usage may also be mostly an outbound focus. So you'd really have 3 circles, organic, paid, and DMs.
Thanks for reviewing this, Devin. I had no idea Alex had so many erroneous info on these socmed platforms.
