    i noticed a weired thing here. He instantly swings his arms to their end range first before even moving with his legs.
    It's like he needs this arm position to create a better position to apply force. I mean he wants more ROM in his arm swing to support the leg drive. Would you agree?

    Do you agree with WeckMethod on this particular subject? The "Double Down Pulse" etc.

      Can't agree or disagree at this point it's interesting stuff but I want to see more. I do like head over foot as we can see some of the best sprinters IE Maurice Greene and Usain Bolt who do it naturally but then again you have fast guys like Noah Lyles who do not. Time will tell but I don't discredit anything I pay attention to what changes the stop watch.

    i’m 6’1 but my strides are a lot shorter, do you have any advice to make them longer

    • @Exclbr23
      @Exclbr23 Год назад

      Its simple . Instead of just putting leg out of the blocks . You just concentrate on your hip extention and quick jump.

    any advises to a taller sprinter on acceleration phase?

    • @ralphorlatei6760
      @ralphorlatei6760 3 года назад

      Yeah l'm tall too and struggle with it. Slow asf. Shorter guys always have more relative strength anyways

    • @AndrewRobeen
      @AndrewRobeen 3 года назад

      yeah same I have trouble getting the acceleration angle without falling on my face

    • @overtimeathletes
      @overtimeathletes  3 года назад +1

      Most tall guys I spend a little more time in our plyo progressions. More relative force means you can gain more ground with those longer strides.
