My fav foundation is the Huda stick foundation or Westman Atelier. I can go med to full or sheer it out. I love the versatility of both. I actually really love Merit’s formula but the component was so weak, the stick broke loose in my stick after second use. Not a big deal but you also had to pay close attention to what side you’re opening so the gold detail they added on the tip is clutch. I’m glad they made it sturdier and gave more product. I feel like they really listened to consumers on this and if I continue to see good reviews, it will be replacing my Westman.

Hello Leazette! Those stick foundations are really handy. The Hooda stick foundation is also very good and my favorite stick foundation ever is Tom Ford it’s just that it’s so darn pricey.

I’m going to have to try the Beauty Blender foundation…I have like three sample cards of it in my sample bag but I’ve been hesitant. I’ve been enjoying fuller coverage lately…I feel like sometimes a few dots of full coverage works so much better in the summer heat than layering lightweight tints. Also, love your nail color!

Putting a few little dots of a fuller foundation and blending is actually more comfortable in the heat. Seems counterintuitive but it is very true. I'm wearing the Beautyblender skin tint today which I think is an underrated foundation. It's not sheer but rather medium coverage with a satin finish. I have the shade Light and it's the best color match of any foundation I own.
Yessssssss. I love their tint. Totally, entirely and completely underrated. It is so good. And I really like this one for full coverage. They do not get enough attention paid to their complexion products. They are very good.

I finally got the BB skin tint this week. Sephora has a 20% select foundations. I love that one. Great like you said. The merit looks horrible on me. It’s so pasty and thick it doesn’t spread well on me and just sits in pores. I’ve tried several samples diff ways and nope never works. But deff they needed to increase the size so I’m glad they did that for those who use it
That BB Skin Tint is a FAVORITE. It does NOT get the respect it deserves. The Merit has a clan of devoted followers and a bunch of people who, like you say, are very meh about it.
The beauty blender looks really good. There are so many foundations. I have a list of ones I want to try. I have so many foundations. I have only used this me stick foundation “Tom Ford” which I love. I heard the Huda stick foundation is pretty good. What type of skin do you have ? My skin is dry. Have a good one!!
The Tom Ford stick foundation is SO SO SO good. I will never get tired of that one. I have heard the Huda is amazing but I, too, have yet to try it. I have VERY normal skin but it's suggestible. If I over moisturize, it goes oily. If I UNDER moisturize, it goes dry.

Both foundations look great on you, Rebecca. Merit is one stick I haven't yet tried. I've heard so many good things about it and their other products, I really should check it out. I received a sample pack of the Beauty Blender foundation with a Sephora order, but I can tell the shades are all too dark. However, I can probably see how it will work on my skin upon application. I like the new, more convenient packaging.

Yeah, you never can tell. I ordered the new r.e.m. concealer intending to use it as a foundation. The Fair shades are all way too pale even for me. A warning if you plan on trying that one. The second one I ordered was a match, but you'd never know it by the swatches on the website. I really do like it all over the face.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty The concealer is the first r.e.m. product I've tried. Now that I've solved the shade problem with the concealer, I'm curious about some of the other products. I don't think too many people realize you can use the concealer as a foundation even though it states it's a multi-tasker in the description. I'd really be curious to see how you'd like it. Just be aware the shades run lighter than what you'd think they might be.

Hello Winnie! I have the most normal of normal skin. I call it suggestible skin. If I use a lot of thick products it will go early. And if I skip everything for a few days, it dries out. But mostly normal 💕

I love my beauty blender foundation. It’s not transfer proof which is my only pet peeve I have. But it’s the most comfortable wearing foundation thus far for me. I love to try the tint version but they don’t stock it in Australia.

But I do like the Merit products I have in my collection. The cava highlight like a primer with the foundation stick is pretty. I don’t like the highlight stick on top, it stays to sticky for me. Even with setting powder. I do have 2 colors as well.
I did not know this!! There's a lot of people in Florida who are going to be very upset, it's by far the best for heat & humidity. 🥵 I still have a can of Sephora's version to try, but just based on swatching it doesn't look as pigmented... I'm surprised they'd discontinue it, there was still a niche following. Thanks for sharing 🤍

I love their Bounce skin tint, I develop favorites each season (although I alternate every time) and that's a fav right now along with Nars Reflecting. This one that I showed here in this video is a fuller coverage but it’s really comfortable and it doesn’t sink into fine lines. It’s a good one if you like a fuller coverage. Let me know how it goes!

Oh Anna. Not the case. Yesterday I used Wayne Goss. I often use BK Beauty especially for foundation. Rephr is featured heavily. And even the new Sydney Grace. I often also use Surratt. 💕

That Sonia G brush is dense (softer with washing but still dense) and you really can get the same effect with a less expensive dense brush. Personally I like a more flexible big foundation brush, but that's me. If you're on a serious budget pay attention to the Ulta 50% sales and pick up a It Cosmetics foundation brush ($10), they have several, I like the 101 (standard not too dense slightly longer bristle than SG). I hope this helps!! 🤍
Actually the beauty blender foundation looked more natural and youthful on you. Your skin and the shade looked flawless, the other foundation looked heavier and kinda flat. In my opinion.

Both foundations look great on you, Rebecca. Merit is one stick I haven't yet tried. I've heard so many good things about it and their other products, I really should check it out. I received a sample pack of the Beauty Blender foundation with a Sephora order, but I can tell the shades are all too dark. However, I can probably see how it will work on my skin upon application. I like the new, more convenient packaging.

Yeah, you never can tell. I ordered the new r.e.m. concealer intending to use it as a foundation. The Fair shades are all way too pale even for me. A warning if you plan on trying that one. The second one I ordered was a match, but you'd never know it by the swatches on the website. I really do like it all over the face.

@@NotFitforPrintBeauty The concealer is the first r.e.m. product I've tried. Now that I've solved the shade problem with the concealer, I'm curious about some of the other products. I don't think too many people realize you can use the concealer as a foundation even though it states it's a multi-tasker in the description. I'd really be curious to see how you'd like it. Just be aware the shades run lighter than what you'd think they might be.

Hello Winnie! I have the most normal of normal skin. I call it suggestible skin. If I use a lot of thick products it will go early. And if I skip everything for a few days, it dries out. But mostly normal 💕

I love my beauty blender foundation. It’s not transfer proof which is my only pet peeve I have. But it’s the most comfortable wearing foundation thus far for me. I love to try the tint version but they don’t stock it in Australia.
Hello Romina! Isn't it LOVELY? I didn't find it transferred too badly but I powdered it a bit. Super comfy. You'll like the tint too when it finally reaches your shores. I swear, they are having a slow fish swim it over!
But I do like the Merit products I have in my collection. The cava highlight like a primer with the foundation stick is pretty. I don’t like the highlight stick on top, it stays to sticky for me. Even with setting powder. I do have 2 colors as well.
Oh YES. I do agree that their highlight is sticky!

I did not know this!! There's a lot of people in Florida who are going to be very upset, it's by far the best for heat & humidity. 🥵 I still have a can of Sephora's version to try, but just based on swatching it doesn't look as pigmented... I'm surprised they'd discontinue it, there was still a niche following. Thanks for sharing 🤍

dalal, are you near a sephora? The Sephora brand is so inexpensive that they practically give it away and it's the same/just as good as the Dior Airflash!!!!!
So it's the same Beautyblender foundation formula in new packaging, right? Just asking because I still have a few bottles of the original which I tend to wear in the Winter. I love their Bounce skin tint, I develop favorites each season (although I alternate every time) and that's a fav right now along with Nars Reflecting. I just can't get on board with a stick or powder foundation?! Thanks for sharing! 🤍

Hello Belinda! I hope you have a wonderful trip to Sephora today. Yes. I love the beauty blender with the dropper. That is their tint. The lighter version of this. This one that I showed here in this video is a fuller coverage but it’s really comfortable and it doesn’t sink into fine lines. It’s a good one if you like a fuller coverage. Let me know how it goes!

But now I am really enjoying it especially from afar it really is quite blurring and most people, when you think about it, are going to see you from a few feet away and not right up close. So it’s growing on me. I’m starting to really enjoy the hourglass. It’s not too heavy either. In the beauty blender tint, yes, I believe I am a three.

Oh Anna. Not the case. Yesterday I used Wayne Goss. I often use BK Beauty especially for foundation. Rephr is featured heavily. And even the new Sydney Grace. I often also use Surratt. 💕
Doesn’t matter what brushes are used because any foundation brush will do.

@@cherylb_88 I definitely try to use a beauty blender. But, I am not partial to sponges. I admit that I really love my brushes. I also love using hands. But I cannot use hands here on RUclips because people lose their ever loving mind! Ha ha
That Sonia G brush is dense (softer with washing but still dense) and you really can get the same effect with a less expensive dense brush. Personally I like a more flexible big foundation brush, but that's me. If you're on a serious budget pay attention to the Ulta 50% sales and pick up a It Cosmetics foundation brush ($10), they have several, I like the 101 (standard not too dense slightly longer bristle than SG). I hope this helps!! 🤍

Actually the beauty blender foundation looked more natural and youthful on you. Your skin and the shade looked flawless, the other foundation looked heavier and kinda flat. In my opinion.
Yes!!!! I actually completely agree. That beauty blender foundation is really pretty and I do not know how they picked the right shade for me. I am so impressed I would never have chosen that shade for myself.

I’ve been Really liking the Joah Crystal Glow tinted Luminizer stick. It’s fabulous, like sorcery. No one is talking about it. 🤷♀️. Shade vanilla just disappears on me (but doesn’t). I’m wearing it today again and it’s so pretty.
