That would be good. I just did I think a five favorite stick foundations of all time so that one was kind of recent but I would love to do something with foundation
I should have included it. I was never asked about it before so it didn’t come out in my research for this video but now that I left it out everyone’s mentioning it. Poor little Lancome got cheated
Wowww I'm impressed 😮. You hit the nail on head with your commentary on these sticks!! For me the best stick foundation that has worked reallllllly well for my dry, large pores, mature, hyperpigmentation skin is hourglass stick 👌 😀
Wow! You are psychic! I just said yesterday that I want to get my first stick foundation now! I think I want the Ilia one. Holy moly their shade range is PHENOMENAL! This video is saved, thank you Rebecca❤ You looked lovely.
I love that Ilia stick! It's lovely on its own or a few swipes over a skin tint to add a bit more coverage. I got an incredible shade match as well so it looks seamless. One of my fave foundations ever!
I got the Bobbi Brown stick foundation on sale at the Cosmetics Company Store for $30 and it is the only stick foundation I have so can't compare it to others but I was pleasantly surprised how smooth, blendable and natural it looked. Definitely recommend!
Really interesting video, Rebecca. I use TF, Bobbi Brown, and Lancome foundation sticks. If I had to have just one, it would be Lancome; they have a beige shade and their cream-to-powder formula is super easy to apply with hands on the go. I'm planning on trying the CT one and experimenting with it over foundation as well as a glowy base.
That is a great one. I was tempted to include it but for some reason I’m never asked about it in comments. It’s funny though because I left it out because of that and now I’m getting a ton of comments about it.
I have to admit that I've been eyeing the Merit stick at Sephora. It looks perfect for travel/quick trips to the grocery store. Once again, Merit draws me in with the packaging! Luckily it's displayed right next to the oil/serum - I'm eyeing that too! Thank you Rebecca for noting that we'll need a moisturizer/skin prep underneath with this one. I need moisturizer in any case, so I'm thinking of trying it. Also love the idea of using this in a darker shade as concealer/contour.
Oh good, Rachel, I’m glad that you’re looking at the serum too. The combination is absolutely lovely. And you can also use the same shade that you buy for the foundation as a little extra in spots for coverage so that you don’t have to spend more until you know that you love it.
I always have to mix in a drop of green with my foundations to get a good match unless it’s something very, very sheer. For this reason, I don’t do stick foundations. If there was one that came out with light olive shades, I’d try it, though! It seems to be such a travel friendly and convenient form for foundation! I hope you’re getting some rest this weekend!! ❤
There’s absolutely no need for this but I can’t help wondering if one of those green-based primers would do it. What’s the point though? Other than experimentation.
It must have been 10-15 years ago that I tried a stick foundation I seem to remember it dragged on my skin and I didn't get on with it. Glad to see things have improved since then!
A really comprehensive yet concise review. I just wish since many will use a stick foundation on the go that it came with some sort of brush on the end. Difficult to keep clean I suppose.
The CT doesn't look as glowy on you as you mentioned which is so interesting! Wayne Goss reviewed it and also liked it, but it looked VERY glowy on him--but looked wonderful once he powdered the t zone. I may try it after my Fenty is done!
If you like the Fenty then you are more predisposed to liking the Charlotte. For some reason it’s not glowing on me but in any way, it definitely could stand some powder
How do you compare the ilia stick foundation to the lys stick foundation. Especially for someone with fine lines abd texture. Thank you for your videos 🎉❤
Love love love this video! Missed a few episodes but I'm back ❤🎉🎉🎉TF (on sale), Merit, Gee Beauty, BB..my faves! Ty Rebecca! Catching up..work got in the way!!😂😂😂😂 Happy Sunday!
Watched this while applying a stick foundation. 😂 Bobbi Brown, Lancôme and Westman were ones I thought would be ranked. I like Blue Mercury’s l&a silk stick. The thing with different formula types is knowing how and when to use them. Out in Miami last week I used a stick foundation for touch ups over spf (stick). There’s no sense in stamping powder onto sweaty skin. They’re great for touch ups.
I can’t stop wearing the CT stick. I recently wore it with Iconic London skin tint (only used a drop) and it looked good. It toned down the glow a bit too. I don’t like anything Merit including their foundation stick. I found it very hard to blend but I hadn’t used anything oil based under it either. Tfs
Yes, I really do like Fenty stick (and mostly in the cooler months or in all-day indoor AC if it's summer, as you talked about), but I have to powder it down, for sure. I am very oily in the t-zone and oily all over in summer, but it's not a problem with the right powder and I'm in AC environment. I don't like full coverage or heavy foundation, so I really do like it for a natural look and an everyday work look. Also, I am very pale and I find shade 2 to be perfect. I don't have any other Fenty products but I really do like it and I will re-purchase in autumn.
I also think you would end up liking the Charlotte because you like the Fenty. So when you run out you might want to give it a try if you feel like something new
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thanks! But I'm wondering how it does with sunscreen of all types, esp ones with silicone, because I'm super pale and have to load up on sunscreen. If anyone actually puts the recommended amount of sunscreen on their face and then uses the new CT stick, please let me know how it does!
I've not used a stick foundation in a few years now, i used to use the Huda beauty. I do think stick foundation have changed alot over the years. I've never tried the TF but everyone seems to love it. I'm definitely going to try the CT 😊
Hi Rebecca! Thank you for this great stick foundation ranking. Your top pick has been impossible to get here in Canada for a long while - over one year in my shade. One brand that is readily available here and that you did not mention is Westman Atelier - and I am most curious to know how it compares with the TF and your top 2 and 3. On me, the WA is less draggy than the Merit and it’s far less oily than the Basma, which settles into my pores like lava.
This is a great question. I don’t have enough experience with the WA product. I am so hit and miss with her brand. I think they charge way too much for what you get and I think the packaging is pretentious so I have played with a bit but not enough to really review it. I have yet to fully embrace her brand.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty You’re so right about the pretentiousness - not just the packaging BTW - and the prices. That e-said, there are three items that I consider to be worth every penny because there are no good dupes for them: the contour stick in Biscuit, and both eye makeup brushes. I hear the brand is up for sale.
Commenting on CT’s Unreal. I was shade matched today at Sephora! I was skittish about it at first but it looks really good! I let it set for a few minutes, then powdered. Great quick look for “no makeup” days. I don’t feel like it is Flawless Filter in stick form - which I’m not a fan of. Different formulation and finish. This reminds me more of her highlighter “Spotlight.” Tendency to be oily in T-zone. I’m happy!
I do love the TF stick foundation. I do like the convenience of them but I seem to often use my liquids more. I’m glad you’re doing this and I actually have to get the right shade. Somehow I always get too light. Might need to look into Ilia. I’ve read a few comments here and people seem to be mentioning the Lacome foundation stick. Maybe worth checking out. Wish they would bring their bronzer and highlighter to US stores. Been looking for them too.
Karen! I never thought of listening to Lancome because no one ever asked me about it even though it really is truly a very good foundation stick. But I left it out of the lineup since it’s not one of the ones I’m most asked about and then it’s appearing all over comments so it’s definitely one to consider. It is indeed a very good product
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I think there is so much out there, newer brands and all of that drowns out the older brands. I think it’s interesting if something is plain good, reminding is a great thing. I really don’t need 27 foundations, but having overall great 5-8 that you like for different reasons is the way I look at. It’s funny that for instance I love the TF stick but don’t grab it all the time, maybe because it is so expensive. That’s dumb of me. Same with Prada foundation which is my favorite liquid for more coverage, more special occasions. I’m definitely going to look into Lacome stick since it has been around awhile, tested over time.
I’m so bummed I missed out on the Tom Ford stick is it still available??!😮 I am LOVING the Shishedo Self Recreshing foundation for summer ! I can wear all the dewy glowy K sunscreens that I don’t normally like and it makes it perfection lol my fav for summer is P.Calm Water Barrier JUMISO moisturizer plus sunscreen is a descent find it’s pure glass skin not dewy at all it’s crazy lol THANKS FOR ALL THESE!!! 🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍🤍
It is indeed still available. I have it linked here and I think on the screen as well it might be linked. It kind of goes in and out of stock all the major department stores.
I do enjoy the Westman Atelier stick...I've heard rumors that Dior is releasing one, which I will buy. There are times when the stick is so nice to have.
It’s so funny, Belinda. No one ever asked me about the Lancome so I didn’t put it in the lineup here but now people are mentioning it in comments. I wish I had known that at the time I was making the video ha ha
I love the Fenty stick. I have dry skin, and I have to prep, even with that one. But, this is the best one I’ve tried. The Merit is way too drying, Tom Ford, too powdery on me, but I love his foundation, Shade and Illuminate. Most of the foundation sticks are just too drying on me, no matter what I do. I’ll have to try the CT in the winter.
10:20 you're absolutely right. I didn't pay full attention to the LONG name of the product. It says it's sheer and glowy. Yet I overlooked that and so was one of those who was thinking "it's too sheer - it's too glowy". I just tune out the names from this brand 😂😂
Thanks for your thoughts on these. I really enjoy the ILIA foundation stick, although do think they need more darker shades in their range. I'd try the Tom Ford one, but the brand's not cruelty-free so that and the price mean I'll stick with ILIA.
OMG! You put this video together so quickly!!! Thank you for putting this together! It sounds like you are feeling better too!! I enjoy the Basma stick foundation and it is very full coverage and long lasting! My biggest complaint is the cost. I thought this could be a replacement for TF, although there is no real replacement for the TF stick foundation! It is half the size of TF and half the cost, so it is cheaper to get the TF stick foundation. Well that is to say, if the TF is not discontinued. It is also smaller than the new Charlotte Tilbury. The TF foundation is the best!! Maybe it is not discontinued but just not being sold at Sephora. It seems Nordstroms always has it and it’s never on sale like it was at Sephora. By the way, Helen is doing a FANTABULOUS job with the FB group!!!
Helen is working so hard over there and I’m so appreciative. It’s such a lovely little group and I’m having so much fun just kind of popping in and out. That photo you uploaded is so absolutely stunningly gorgeous.
Stick foundations have actually been around since 1948 when Max Factor launched Pan-Stik. I can remember Merle Norman also having a stick foundation, and that's because I've been around since dinosaurs roamed the plains. Back in the day they were around $1.50.....lol. I love Tom Ford products but haven't tried his stick foundation, but now that you speak highly of it, I will give it a try. There are just too many on the market now, and it's totally confusing.
We still have Max Factor in the UK. I grew up in the States and remember buying "pan" products and totally failing to figure them out because it was in the days long before RUclips. 😅 Alas, I can't find anything pan-related in the line anymore, and I feel they're missing a trick.
TF is the gold standard for sure. It never fails me. Do you remember (you always do!) the Max Factor Pan Stick? I’d use that when I had a breakout, and it made them seem to disappear!
Max Factor's Pan Stick is the first stick foundation I remember as a child ... my mom used it. I looked it up and it is still manufactured, however it looks like it has gone through a reformulation. I wonder how the original 70s/80s version compares to these modern versions
I use the MUFE foundation stick and find the finish pretty natural. The thing is, MUFE has a habit of reformulating and renaming shades. I have no idea if they are doing the same with the stick 😢
i love the Merit one, just hate that the stick falls out of the tube SO easily, great and easy to use in summer - super sensitive skin and no breakouts. Liked the Ilia one but more for winter, was nice and hydrating. Tried CT and it had zero coverage on for me and super slick, feels more like a serum or moisturizer in a stick form
I do have the Fenty and like it for my normal/dry skin. Only negative for me is not a perfect shade match for me. Which is weird cuz I'm just light/med neutral.
I could see that happening. With Fenty, we are so used to having like 50 shades and she narrows it down so much that I could see you might fall into the cracks somewhere
Agreed Tom Ford is best ever. So sad ifs in flux. I did pick up an extra one when they went half off but it’s not my exact shade. It’s like one shade too dark. But I mix it. Next fav is the Huda stick. Fenty looks great for a few hours. Good errand foundation. Not even trying CT
Fenty is totally an errand foundation. That is so funny and so true. Yes, with oily skin you would be so massively disappointed by the Charlotte. Unless you have some sort of masochistic tendency I would stay away from it.
Ugh! My all time favorite was by Wander Beauty and it was promptly discontinued. My next favorite is Hourglass…though I haven’t tried ANY on this list 😮😮😮😮
I do love the Lancôme, but I have decluttered most of the others. As you say, the coverage is meh and the last is meh. I’ve been traveling with liquid foundations that come in a tube and they work great - One Size (use very little with fingers and really rub it in and pat my face), the newest it foundation . . . There are plenty that I never wear at home that are great for travel. But I don’t have the Ilia, so I may try that and I have to check if I kept or decluttered the Tom Ford.
Hello Rabbi Roz You know that I love the one size. I don’t know why people sleep on his products. They’re actually excellent. See if you decluttered the Tom Ford and, if you didn’t, try it again with fresh eyes.
Lol 😂I guess I should have continued watching video b4 commenting 😅 Thanks for mentioning Basma I'm tossing back n forth if I want to try basma or iconic london skin tint. I'm 52 w/ some lines (wrinkles) under eye's dry skin.
I like both brands but I really love the iconic London. I think I’m gonna go with that one for your skin actually. They’re very different products though because the iconic London has so much less coverage than the Basma and is much more of a liquid
I bought the Chantecaille Face Stick to try as a concealer. It seems to work well for that for me. However, I'm not sure if this product is being reformulated or is disappearing. The reviews when I bought it mentioned the small size for the money, which is probably correct if one is using it to cover their entire face. As an unrelated side note, I have been using (and hoarding...I bought 5) of the Chanel Les Beiges Primers. I'm almost done with my second one in the Light Copper shade. Basically, I've been wearing it alone with just a bit of powder on top and no foundation. It counteracts the slight redness on my nose. I'm wondering if at some point you could do a video on products that work great, but perhaps not in the way the brand who made them might have intended.
Oh my goodness oh my goodness. I am looking at my notes right now and I actually have that sketched out from a few months ago. Seriously I just didn’t know what to call it. I have it in my notes like Makeup worn other ways, or make up worn has not intended. So you actually hit on one that I’m kind of trying to develop! Great minds think alike
Again, I’m late to the party. Yes. I like stick foundation. It’s handy to take in my purse. Especially when we travel. I do like the one by Merit. I don’t apply it all over my face; only where I need it. ❤️❤️❤️
So.... I have a love/hate relationship with Lancome which made one of the better sticks back when... works well. In Miami's humidity tends to get on the cell phone and no I don't use make up sprays but if I did it probably wouldn't. Bought several over the years, before sticks were popular. It's a great product. And, my favorite is MILK tho I use it more as a touch up in that it actually covers well under the eyes, across the impt spots and leaves a glow w/o the "dolphin" shiny look that's been populare. It just "lightens" covers imperfections incredibly for ppl of all ages. I may check out the Merit next time I'm in Sephora. ps covered the part about the stick that's advertised to give you glow, giving you glow but ppl complain it glows too much :) loved it
It’s like that so often with his other products such as the brow gel. I assume it’s getting discontinued because it goes on sale and then every store has three shades and then, the next week, it’s not on sale and all the stores are restocked. And it feels like every time I get a definite answer is actually really just a rumor.
Are the ilia or CT or Merit or Tom ford sticks blurring at all? I think you said the CT one isn’t actually blurring, but just doesn’t make things look worse if I understood you correctly… Usually I will only like a foundation if it blurs pores. Normally I use the Givenchy Prisme Libre skin caring glow foundation.. or the chantecaille future skin foundation.. which both have really good blurring properties to them.. I want to try a stick foundation or a cream, but #1 requirement is the blurred/filtered effect.. I tried to use the Tom ford one last summer, but I ordered a couple of shades claiming to be olive and they were legit pink.. and then I gave up trying to find a shade at all because it was a lot of money in returns and kind of embarrassing to take back to Sephora. I don’t actually need them to be olive, as I have recently found out, I just need like a neutral-yellow undertone and the olive was helping me cancel out redness.
I totally hear you. There’s this inherent shame in the Sephora return. And that shouldn’t be the case. Are these blurring? Well. The Tom ford a bit but more because it’s more coverage than the formula.
I have never worn any powder over it but it does well with powder also. Pretty much if you love to powder down a foundation you’ll wanna do that with this one too
I feel like the Ilia is a slightly inferior copy of the Bobbi Brown stick (which I really love) in terms of performance, and the Ilia one also irritated my skin. I didn't really like the Tom Ford one too much, personally. I like the Merit one a lot but do not consider it to be a foundation stick since I never would use it over my whole face - it is really just a concealer stick, and they REALLY need more shades in that one. I do like the Westman Atelier one quite a bit, but it also needs more shades and I think the BB one is better.
Hi Rebecca, I just watched your recent review on Nars Light Reflecting Setting Spray. Oh how I truly regret buying this foundation (bought before your review). I made the mistake of buying TWO shades. It looked beautiful on camera checks at work but in person, cracking, peeling and wearing off. I was horrified. Tried with a variety of primers, sunscreens, Nars own primer etc, no luck, just consistently trash for me
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty yes! I bought the primer too and tried with it and it keeps separating and caking up on me settling into every single line. I don’t even know what to do differently! Ive worn it 10 times, it looked good maybe 2??
@@themellowmelodies. life is way too short for you to have to suffer and finagle this foundation. Are you in the US? In other words can you return? Because if you can, you have certainly given it the best college try
I'm always on the lookout for good sticks. They're just so easy. My favorite is Tom Ford's, and I hope it's not being discontinued. I still have quite a bit of it left, and I'll be sad when I use it up and can't replace it. I do like the Ilia stick. For once, the shade match is spot-on. Basma's is a pretty good shade match, but the formula can be temperamental. Sometimes, it cakes up in certain areas. The Fenty stick is temperamental as well, collecting in pores on occasion. Ogee makes a good one that provides coverage, but the shade range is pathetic. The lightest shade is a bit too dark on my skin, and I'm not the palest person on the planet. I like Huda's stick, which I mostly wear in the summer because it's slightly drying. I shall pass on the new Charlotte Tilbury stick. Rebecca, you are the only RUclips reviewer who looks good to me wearing it. It's way too glowy for my taste. It actually looked nasty on a few of the people who put it on. I wouldn't want to have to apply as much powder as it would take to make it look decent. There's a new stick out by Yensa that I'm curious about. It's alleged to have good coverage, yet the shade range stinks. I've seen only one review of it so far. Great video, Rebecca! Oh--I tried to join the Facebook group but was rejected. I don't think I scrolled down enough to see that I needed to answer more questions. I hope I'll get another chance.
Go back to the Facebook group please please and just answer the questions and it will let you in. It’s automatic that it doesn’t let in anyone who doesn’t answer the questions so that we don’t get people advertising things and such. So it wasn’t us it’s just an automatic throwback if you don’t answer the questions. I am so very sorry for the inconvenience
Notable mentions which weren't covered in your round up Rebecca, the Huda Beauty one is nice, really easy to blend and seamlessly melds into skin, though it looks like it might be getting discontinued. The Westman Atelier is amazing too - though the shades are limited, more greasy than Huda but lovely when set with powder.
I did once and I remember not hating it but I wasn’t like crazy impressed with it either. It’s been a while but I don’t remember stepping away with an impression in either direction if that makes sense
It’s funny no one covers Bobby brown stick foundations yet they’ve been around for decades. I get a perfect match colour wise. But I find it too heavy threw it away. Wasted so much money over the years
I love your chocolate cake analogy when talking about the new CT stick. The people complaining about it are people who should have read the description of what the product is. I did. And that’s exactly why I had zero interest in purchasing.
Exactly, Kim! People are complaining about it because it’s glowing. Which is an odd thing to have as a complaint for a glowing foundation. I’m not saying it’s the best thing since sliced bread. It definitely is not. But… We do have someone here who says it made them break out and I am with them on 100%. That’s definitely a negative
I was disappointed in your ct stick foundation review. You purposely did it in dim lighting. That was shady af. I saw someone else did that too. Be at least honest with your viewers. Instead of worrying about pissing off brands.
Well generally I wouldn’t respond to this as it’s unfounded but it’s so from left field that I have to respond. I purposely did a review in dim lighting? The lighting is the same on all my reviews and I check my lighting consistently. I wasn’t honest with my opinions? And who would I be worried about pissing off? I have worked with Charlotte in the past and it didn’t go well and I doubt I will ever work with them again. You are very entitled to your opinion and I would never delete your comment but this is wildly inappropriate and off-base. It sounds to me like we just didn’t agree on the product and therefore you assume that I am insincere or that I was kissing up to a brand. I have never kissed up to a brand in my entire life and I never will. I am owed an apology for this attack but, sadly, I will never get one from you.
Even IF she did dim the lights (which she didn’t) the dim lights would have made it look worse. The lighter the lights are the less texture and pores show.
I LOVE your reviews and would ADORE for you to do like a top 10 or 5 stick foundations of all time (for you) rather than just what ppl ask about!!
That would be good. I just did I think a five favorite stick foundations of all time so that one was kind of recent but I would love to do something with foundation
Thanks, I enjoy TF 😁 Lancome has a great stick foundation and a stick primer, great for travels by air. 💖💖💖

Not greasy , shiny or matte.
Yes, I love this one! I got the TF at 50% off and it’s very good, but in my opinion nothing beats the Lancome stick foundation.

I love Lancôme and Huda stick foundations. I’m 50 with combo skin and both foundations wear incredibly 👌🏻
Wowww I'm impressed 😮. You hit the nail on head with your commentary on these sticks!! For me the best stick foundation that has worked reallllllly well for my dry, large pores, mature, hyperpigmentation skin is hourglass stick 👌 😀

I love that Ilia stick! It's lovely on its own or a few swipes over a skin tint to add a bit more coverage. I got an incredible shade match as well so it looks seamless. One of my fave foundations ever!
It’s really a good one and, for some reason, it didn’t get a whole lot of attention when it was released.
Finally a good review of the Ilia stick foundation. I love it and find it easy and beautiful. I’ve used Bobbi brown in the past. Thank you💜
It is a beautiful one for sure!
Thank you! I was hoping you'd do a stick foundation roundup!
💕💕💕
I got the Bobbi Brown stick foundation on sale at the Cosmetics Company Store for $30 and it is the only stick foundation I have so can't compare it to others but I was pleasantly surprised how smooth, blendable and natural it looked. Definitely recommend!
That is a really good stick foundation and you got it at a great price
Okay..will try out the CT foundation stick also 😀 love glowy products as well
If you love glowing products. You will really enjoy this one
I did own a Bobbi Brown stick foundation & it’s been my only foray into this type of product 😊💕
That’s a good one that brand
Super helpful and detailed content. Thank you!
THANK YOU for being here!
YES! You def need to experiment with the CT to see if it suits you.
Love my Lancome Teint Idole! Its got really great coverage and blend out to perfection 🤍🤍🤍
I agree with you on tom ford
It is my holy grail stick foundation of all time ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The winner and still champion!
Hope you’re feeling better! 🌺 I’m loving your latest videos like ‘meh’ and the rankings 😊
That’s so nice of you, Anna! Thank you
I love the Fenty stick foundation!!
I do too. But I don’t know if it would be a first choice if you had like a 12 hour day. But you can tell me if it’s worked for you
It must have been 10-15 years ago that I tried a stick foundation I seem to remember it dragged on my skin and I didn't get on with it. Glad to see things have improved since then!
It’s definitely improved but some of them do still drag and that’s, well, a drag! Ha ha
A really comprehensive yet concise review. I just wish since many will use a stick foundation on the go that it came with some sort of brush on the end. Difficult to keep clean I suppose.
Was it Anastasia who did a brush on one of their once? No it was urban decay, wasn’t it? But it was kind of hard to clean.
Hi lovely Rebecca !! TF all the way ❤ I hope it does not get discontinued. I would like to try the llia for a back up 🤗
I need to find out a definitive answer on the TF stick
Great review! Thanks!!

Mary! You know I’m happy to have you here whenever you have time!
I totally guessed Tom Ford! I had it years ago it was fantastic.
It really really is the king of them all
The one I love the most is the Lancôme stick foundation. That one works best for me. ✅
It's a GREAT one
Ilia and Merrit are my go to everyday foundations!
That’s perfect because you kind of get two different types of stick foundations depending on your mood
True true. Powder over sweaty skin makes for mud
Tfs
What a great idea to pair the new Charlotte with the iconic London tint
@@Christine-uf3oj the only chance you have with that is if you really let that sunscreen soak into the face first I mean really let it soak in
I've not used a stick foundation in a few years now, i used to use the Huda beauty. I do think stick foundation have changed alot over the years. I've never tried the TF but everyone seems to love it. I'm definitely going to try the CT 😊
I like the Charlotte. I think it’s getting a bad reputation that it doesn’t deserve
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty yes definitely Rebecca
I’m happy!
I am in absolute complete agreement with you ❤️
Your hair looks so cute!!
Thank you so much. I am so influx with hair it looks OK one day and terrible the next. It’s definitely not on my side ha ha
Super Video Rebecca 👌🙌
THANK YOU, Kate!
I am really enjoying the CT one! 😊
It really is lovely. I don’t know why people are against it
I’m so bummed I missed out on the Tom Ford stick is it still available??!😮 I am LOVING the Shishedo Self Recreshing foundation for summer !
I really like the TF foundation stick!! I returned the CT stick. I tried so many ways and I looked like a tin man.
The tin man is not a good look except for the tin man and I think even he is sick of it
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I hope you're feeling better.
I do enjoy the Westman Atelier stick...I've heard rumors that Dior is releasing one, which I will buy. There are times when the stick is so nice to have.
I’m really curious to try the Dior stick if and when it truly is released and I do think it’s coming
Thank you so much! How do you feel about the Bobbi Brown foundation stick?
Iconic classic! That and Estee Lauder.
What do you think about the Lancôme stick foundation?
It's an icon. I've never met anyone with a bad thing to say about it, truly.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty that's great to hear. I actually just bought it today 😄
What about Lancôme? Did I miss that 1?
It’s so funny, Belinda. No one ever asked me about the Lancome so I didn’t put it in the lineup here but now people are mentioning it in comments. I wish I had known that at the time I was making the video ha ha
Wonder how the upcoming Dior stick foundation compares to others.
I am definitely curious as well
I love the Fenty stick.
Let me tell you, then you will love the Charlotte. It is the slickest of the bunch and stays longer than Fenty
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty ohhhhh. Ok. I will definitely check it out!
What's your views on the makeup forever and the hourglass stick foundation?
I actually like both very much and now, of course, Long since this video was made, we have the new Dior stick which I actually like the best of all
10:20 you're absolutely right. I didn't pay full attention to the LONG name of the product. It says it's sheer and glowy. Yet I overlooked that and so was one of those who was thinking "it's too sheer - it's too glowy". I just tune out the names from this brand 😂😂
The names are so LONG! How COULD anyone pay enough attention!!!
Thanks for your thoughts on these. I really enjoy the ILIA foundation stick, although do think they need more darker shades in their range. I'd try the Tom Ford one, but the brand's not cruelty-free so that and the price mean I'll stick with ILIA.
I think you’re really safe with ilia. Hopefully they will expand their shade range
Max factor was and will always be the king
Let me just tell you, Max factor … Just set the stage for everything we wear today. The pan stick is a blast from the past
I use the MUFE foundation stick and find the finish pretty natural. The thing is, MUFE has a habit of reformulating and renaming shades. I have no idea if they are doing the same with the stick 😢
Oh that is so true. That is so so true
i love the Merit one, just hate that the stick falls out of the tube SO easily, great and easy to use in summer - super sensitive skin and no breakouts. Liked the Ilia one but more for winter, was nice and hydrating. Tried CT and it had zero coverage on for me and super slick, feels more like a serum or moisturizer in a stick form
I definitely agree all around. I always have to remove the cap of my merit stick so carefully in the thing still pops out of it.
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty lol. When I saw it I was like immediately yes! Then I saw one application and I said make that a negatory good Buddy lol.
Also I cannot find Tom Ford anywhere in Canada (the stick foundation) unfortunately
I think it just might be getting discontinued but then lately it’s been resupplied in the US. I truly have no idea
Ugh! My all time favorite was by Wander Beauty and it was promptly discontinued. My next favorite is Hourglass…though I haven’t tried ANY on this list 😮😮😮😮
Wander never gets the love they deserve.
Lol 😂I guess I should have continued watching video b4 commenting 😅
Thanks for mentioning Basma
I'm tossing back n forth if I want to try basma or iconic london skin tint.
I'm 52 w/ some lines (wrinkles) under eye's dry skin.
I like both brands but I really love the iconic London. I think I’m gonna go with that one for your skin actually. They’re very different products though because the iconic London has so much less coverage than the Basma and is much more of a liquid
❤ thank you so much for taking time to respond. 😊
I'm leaning towards iconic london as well 😊
What’s your thoughts on Huda Beauty #FauxFilter Skin Finish Foundation Stick and where it lines up?
Not a fan of her products. I feel the others on the market are much better
Not often. Other than TF which I still have.
The best on the market!
You are not late to the party at all. I think that is a very good point about the merit stick. It’s kind of a use where needed product
I may check out the Merit next time I'm in Sephora.
ps covered the part about the stick that's advertised to give you glow, giving you glow but ppl complain it glows too much :) loved it
Oh you have the Miami Heat contend with. I don’t mean the basketball team. Ha ha
How about basma?
What’s happening with the TF stick foundation? Is it being discontinued or reformulated?? So strange
It’s like that so often with his other products such as the brow gel. I assume it’s getting discontinued because it goes on sale and then every store has three shades and then, the next week, it’s not on sale and all the stores are restocked. And it feels like every time I get a definite answer is actually really just a rumor.
Is using a stick foundation as a bronzer a good idea?
Sure! I do it all the time
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty Thank you! I was afraid it would seem to heavy, but I will try, if you say so.
With all the talk about CT lately, do you have any insights on the CT Summer sale yet?
She normally does a sale in July & hopefully she does it again.
GREAT question. I haven't heard anything yet...I will keep my ear to the ground.
Really Great Video
Thank you so so much!
Lancome is my holy grail!
It's iconic.
Does the ilia set itself or stay tacky?
I have never worn any powder over it but it does well with powder also. Pretty much if you love to powder down a foundation you’ll wanna do that with this one too
I’ve never really cared for stick foundation. I don’t know why 🤷♀️
PS. I guessed your fave would be the Tom Ford!!
You know we all have our favorites. I like powder foundation but if you laid them out in front of me I would still reach for cream or liquid.
Everyone likes the BB one don’t they? You know I’m so hit and miss with Westman
Tried with a variety of primers, sunscreens, Nars own primer etc, no luck, just consistently trash for me
Do you mean the actual Nars foundation?
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty yes! I bought the primer too and tried with it and it keeps separating and caking up on me settling into every single line. I don’t even know what to do differently! Ive worn it 10 times, it looked good maybe 2??
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty all I wear under is a La Roche Posay sunscreen if not the primer
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I'll try it again. I've done that before, jumping the gun without realizing I hadn't finished the questions for a group. 🥴
@@NotFitforPrintBeauty I'm in! Looking forward to connecting on Facebook!
Ilia is definitly underrated.
Right?!
I just can’t get on with stick foundations. They are like cake on skin 😂
You know what is nice about that, Lisa? You KNOW you can save your money when a new one is introduced. Saves you the FOMO.
Great additions! ❤️ ❤️
Has anyone tried the MILK foundation stick?
I did once and I remember not hating it but I wasn’t like crazy impressed with it either. It’s been a while but I don’t remember stepping away with an impression in either direction if that makes sense
🤔🤔🤔🤔
😍😍😍
It’s funny no one covers Bobby brown stick foundations yet they’ve been around for decades. I get a perfect match colour wise. But I find it too heavy threw it away. Wasted so much money over the years
It is funny you mention that. I hear that a lot and actually thought the same thing about them.
Boooo to the CT🤢
I am so sorry that you had a bad experience with that one. It is definitely glowing. Maybe be a bit too glowing ha ha ha ha
