Your camera is pointed down (at the most crucial part of the video) and out of view of what tabs you are pulling down with your screwdriver. So we can't see a damn thing. All we here is you talking. Please make sure when you upload videos that you are 'showing' the crucial part of the video so people can see what you're doing.
Also to anyone looking to remove these: Be very careful to remove the vents. I managed to break a few pieces of plastic but nothing that was critical to the vent so my vents still work as they should.
It happened to me today too. A plastic cover on the ventilation broke off. Did you reorder it from somewhere? Can you just clip it in? Without having to buy a new ventilation system straight away.
