awesome, as allways thank you!! what if the sample size is not balanced (100 vs 30 for example)? according to leven, the variance is equal. any recommendation?
Although one should try to have a balanced design, permanova with a one-way design should work fine with unbalanced data. In my second video about 2-way ANOVA, I discuss problems with unbalanced data set.
