Got stranded on Alcatraz and looked for ghosts during a Night Tour. Little brother Jett and his buddies join us for Ghost Adventures / Ghost hunting on Alcatraz Island, the former federal penitentiary in the San Francisco Bay!
Walk in the footsteps of famous inmates like Al Capone, The Birdman of Alcatraz, Machine Gun Kelly and more notorious criminals that called this island prison home and may still haunt it to this day! This was our first time exploring Alcatraz at Night and it was quite a thrill!

Mob of The Dead & Blood of The Dead
"A" block was the least secure, and "D" block also known as "The Hole" was the most secure. When the prison was operative, "A" block was used mostly for storage. The cells in "D" block had two doors, the regular cell door and an outer soundproofed door. There was also no lights or windows in the "D" block cells. When the outer door was closed, the con was subject to pitch blackness and absolute silence.

Been there a few times however it has been over 10 yrs since been there last. When did they start doing night tours? I dont think they were available last I was there or I just didnt know about them. I know what my next tour is when I get out there again. Absolutely love San Francisco. Great vids. Thx for sharing.
They started doing night tours I want to say around 10 years ago. It was great, only downfall is some parts of the island are closed off that are normally open during the day.

I didn’t get a chance to see Alcatraz when I was there because the tours were sold out 😩
A lot of people have that happen, people don't realize you have to get tickets at least a few weeks in advance

After visiting the mess hall and the hospital during my lunch break, would never work there again. That shit was scary as hell.

But Capone died around 1948, I think..in the movie he was still alive in 1960 !
Yes, they got Capone for income tax evasion. You should see the movie” Untouchables” Very good movie. Shows you all that part of history in Chicago (my own hometown). Elliot Ness got him .

lol we are still waiting on a lot of people's sizes, but we might just split the orders. We're ordering bulk so we needed to know in advance, but people haven't responded so we'll see if we can split it up and keep the same rate

It's a long walk so I stayed near the docks so I wouldn't miss the ferry again. I found out later there was still one tour group on the island so I wasn't totally alone, but it was almost empty and I couldn't find anyone.

I truly think it’s awesome how you get to see history from behind the scenes what happened to the inmates I did not believe that the prison was not be not where the inmates couldn’t break out I know it went down in history with none of those guys died if you really truly study the prison then you would know the truth behind it or at least no part of it it’s remarkably awesome amazing how things went down in that prison I would never want to be a part of it meaning live in a jail cell I truly would rather keep my nose clean and stay safe stay out of trouble and that’s what I do then be like them I’m a good person I stay out of trouble
