I don't think plastic Wheels can ever replace the feel of real human hands and elbows

@@oimiu4741 They won't need hands, but what they will need is some kind of feedback evaluation, both sensors in the interacting element and from the patient. Safety will be a huge issue. Having said that, any simple and soft mechanical interaction is better than none.
Absolutely not! That roller is rolling on the wrong part of her leg, behind the knee is delicate and pressure should be modified in that area. Looks so uncomfortable

Why not have a humanoid robot that does this (in addition to everything else)? Must be expensive to buy one specialised robot for every task.
