Glad I watched this video...I just started 2 weeks ago and I felt so defeated at some apartments 🥴 great tip on getting a map from the leasing office and your video are great a positive 💯💪🏽
Hello bro i hope you notice me and it's my pleasure. I'm asking if I'm allow to become a driver delivery in amazon I'm here now in Philippines. Any tips or idea to become a driver delivery thank you brother
Just started with an Amazon DSP 2 weeks ago.... any suggestions on how to speed up when delivering? I was told I needed to speed up.... Are there specific time frames to have packages delivered in specific areas? IE: residential areas, apartment complex, etc. I take my time and do my job carefully, so I can insure im doing it correctly... am I doing something wrong? Please advise!
I work for amazon but is so much pressure i love it but the pressure is horrible they want 25 per hour thats my weekness i dont know what to do & the mentor maintain it at least at 830 im not giving up but i get frustrated im at 820’s but help me 😩
1. If you have apartments find the leasing office and drop off all the packages in there. It will save you close to 20 minutes delivering to each individual one. 2. Take every package out of your first tote and put them up front with you so you can grab and go. 3. Eat before you start or you will forget to eat until the end of your shift 4. Buy epson salt ahead of time. It will save your feet 5. Set a tote goal. As in a specific amount of time you want to finish that tote. It will make it easier for you to hustle, it won't feel like a chore
Depending, some offices have lockers where you can place the packages, some leasing offices actually take the packages and others expect you to take it to the front apartment doors.
It all depends on the leasing office, most wont even let you leave them and tell you they must be delivered to the door. If a leasing office has an actual amazon hub, they must let you deliver to the HUB, they do not own the amazon hub, amazon does and it is a Violation of the agreement with amazon and the apartment complex.
Work with the itinerary. Once you parked, at the bottom of the screen there is a button that says "add locations to this stop" ADD THE WHOLE STREET. Scan all the packages for that street and delivery packages like newspaper. Stop and go. Makes things so much easier for me.
That would work good but what if the itinerary says one side of the block has stops 7,8,9 and 10 and the other side says 24,25,26,27,28? Most likely the other side’s packages could be in another tote so you would have to pick through it just to get the packages you need. But it’s still a good idea. Sometimes the way they route you sucks though. Just gotta be smart enough to know when and what stops to over ride.
My first day I completely panicked, parked at a gas station and called my dispatch and told them I’m sorry but this job is not for me, I’m overwhelmed and I just can’t do it. So they sent someone to come get all my packages from me and let me go home. Luckily they were nice enough to pretty much beg me to come give it another chance, and I did. I’m glad I did because the pay is great, and you’re not kidding about losing weight. I walk an average of 7 miles per shift. It’s definitely hard, but there’s nothing like having the day to yourself and not having to interact with tons of people all day. It’s just you and your packages. I love it!
Glad you enjoy it! And yeah, at first it can be a little overwhelming, but once you get used to it you’ll be set and ready! It’s just the panic of a new job and not really being sure of what to do! I’m glad it worked out for you!!!!

@@amd1273 Your the one who is mistaken, you do not even know what a Amazon driver has to go through to deliver their routes. I wish, I had to only walk 7 miles for my whole shift. I just started last week full time and I am loving it just going through the sore phase and letting my body adjust. A few things I was told about this job is scan the packages in the van or in route up to the house… and try to organize your first tote by keeping close and accessible and organize by street so you can start on a quick foot
I just starred as a driver on Monday and Tuesday I was on my own, I cried and was like this isn’t for me but once I left the station it was fine. Just the beginning of this shift sucks getting your bags and reading the rabbit thing. Your videos helped me a lot. Thank you so much P.s love your attitude

Best video that ive watched so far! I just completed the prehire process and start in 2 weeks! I like to be prepared as much as possible and this video helps tremendously! Also, i love the fact that you aren't negative like 90% of the other drivers ive talked to or watched
Another good tip for organizing the van. I use the flex app in order to organize my totes. It gives you the color and the tote number in order from first to last. The pick sheet I think is best for organizing overflows

The value of the job depends squarely on your DSP. It's peak season and I've been deneied a route because the owner said "They didn't want to run rescues." and I'm barely into my 2nd week. They have unrealistic expectations regarding driver performance and don't really give drivers a fair amount of time to develop.
It's awesome you are trying to help others. I always say "Anyone can make videos, Not everyone makes videos that could help someone; and you may not ever even know it"! 💪👊👍
Appreciate it !!! I want you guys to feel comfortable when you first start! I don’t want you feeling lost or confused or discouraged. Thank you for all the kind words!
I just toured the new factory today that we will be operating out of on Wednesday and I got all of my uniforms. Im so pumped to get started Wednesday and all of your videos have been instrumental in my success. Thank you juan, i appreciate you man.
Ohhh 😲 dude you’re going to do great! They going to say you’re one of their best drivers ! 👌🏼 haha 😂 best training in the WORLD 🌎 I got you! You are very welcome! If you need anything let me know!
I'm super motivated to start delivering, not that I wasn't before but this video encouraged me to stick to my guns and I'm all about personal development :)
Appreciate all your input I start tomorrow and have watched only 2 of your videos and learned way more in 40minutes then my whole 11 hour online training. Keep it bro and thanks again!
Airplane mode is your friend in apartments if you have to deliver to the apartment front door when the geo fence is at the an inaccessible locker. Just be sure to turn Bluetooth back on.
I watched and subscribed to a lot of Amazon delivery driver videos. You are my top favorite because you show and tell exactly how things are done as if you are training me. I just got a job offer. I’m kinda excited but nervous just in case I mess up or am I going to be fast enough. I’ll get the hang of it.
I'm sinking as a driver. Dispatch said I was flying through routes for first two weeks and that now I'm going backwards. I really need this job, and actually like it. I put my envelopes in front seat, I am always in motion, take pick and swipe on departure. Having a hard time with flex and apartments especially, no posted address, a lot of walking around at night.
First and foremost, thank you so much for this video. I am about to watch the rest of them now. :) Here are a couple of things I have learned in the 2 weeks that I have been working with my DSP and couple of months I have learned from Flex: 1) Use another device for Mentor. I use my iPad, one of my managers suggested an old phone that would connect with wifi. Put it either in your bag or glove box. It will save your FICO score. Trust me. 2) Apartments. Like you said, they are death to your productivity. The biggest thing that I learned is to go to your itinerary and either use the flex app to change your stops to reflect each building or write down each buildings packages. The latter takes a little longer, but it helps when you don't know how to work flex as well. Also, do not rely on the lockers because not everyone has them. 3) Amazon will pay for a good pair of shoes through Zappos. Your DSP should have that information. I just got a pair of steel toed Timberland shoes for free. Thanks again!
Your doing a great job on making these videos! Just keep grinding you will get where you want to be !! P.s. I just started working for Amazon in Greenwood Indiana and I got a 75 dollar Walmart gift card after just 4 days on the job! I love this job .
Hey, how can I apply there in Greenwood??? I’ve been working at a DSP up on Zionsville road in Indianapolis and your DSP sounds a lot better than mine! lol I live south of Indy too so Greenwood would be closer. Idk how to figure out where all the stations and DSP’s are...
Dont label a package missing on the rabbit unless it's a group stop. Just skip it and go to the next stop. You mind find the nongroup stop package later on in another bag do to a mis-sort. Even if you find a group stop package later on, after you labeled it missing, DELIVER IT.
You got this! Don’t stress too much :) you’ll get it down in no time! Watch my other videos to help you out ! Or if you have any questions I’m here 😁😁😁
Best thing to do best advice check your itinerary before leaving the station or at your first stop to know where to park because most of the time your delivery is one street like 10 stops and they probably put in couple cross street don't need to get in drive on the next street loose time going around again to come on the the same street u just on
I learn that the hard way lol and that's the advice I been giving everyone new I get to talk to I know it's a driving job but it's best to study your route and walk lol might I had u get houses in the hundreds get everything together and walk most walking distance and u see that all like say 400s same street don't match with the other numbers time to drive lol if u u or anyone understand
You’re an actual boss man! I’ve got my training wed-Thursday. To start on the 5th October FT. All your videos are amazing, I’ve got some much knowledge of the job before I’ve even started! Thankyou so much big man! Will let you know how my training goes!!?
IAmTheJuanAndOnly Yeaah I got this!!💪💪 I’m from the UK , not sure how different it is here. I will let you know the differences maybe? See how different the company works in deferent countries!
My DSP has my totes and/or overflow ready and waiting on carts. Our paper that comes with our assigned van, key, rabbit and gas card gives a pad #, which is what lane number we pull into when we enter the building. Pretty much we load our totes bottom of the list 1st like he does. One other thing I do. Is open my 1st tote and seperate the packages in yellow tag order . Example: 2120-2129 in one row, 2130-2139 next to that etc. some have tags that say P254C for example. I keep those in a seperate pile.
I'm binge watching your videos! You bring my faith back in humanity! I do have one question, what is the maximum weight you have to carry? Like what tips are there for a petite girl if she had to carry a huge heavy box to an upstairs apartment?
USUALLY it items dont get too heavy. There should be dollys available. hopefully your dsp buys them for their drivers. lol but usually the heaviest things are cat litter, dog food or water. maybe 60 lbs at most. but most items are light. if you had to carry a heavy box up stairs, id say just take your time and take it one step at a time. I wouldn't want you to fall just because you're in a hurry.
I'm petite too, and spent the better part of 2020 sitting on my couch playing video games (covid lockdown unemployment depression lol), so I'm not particularly fit either. I'm half way through my 3rd week as a DSP driver at Amazon and the heaviest package I've had so far is ~30lbs. The totes full of packages that you load into your vehicle at the Amazon station in the morning can be pretty heavy though. "Load Out" is by far the roughest part of the job, so if I can make it through Load Out, so can you
I live in California and there are a lot of apartments here. I agree with the person that said bring the packages to the office instead of trying to find each apartment, I am all about saving time.
I start virtual training tomorrow for two days, was just informed that the second day will be half virtual training and half driver training onsite with a driving obstacle course. Was told they just started the obstacle course part of training, should be interesting lol BTW love the videos
So, the first bag goes closer to the sliding door. Once the first bag is all done, open the second bag up and place all the boxes from the second bag in the shelf?
Yessir you can! Or you can put the boxes on shelf and the envelopes between the passenger seat and your driver seat. That way if your stop is an envelope you can just grab it and go.
One thing I didn’t like is that you’re told your shifts will be 8-10 hours but then when you actually start they rush you a lot and expect you to finish in half the time, which is sometimes unrealistic & also unfair because then you’re not getting all the hours that you were promised! I’ve literally organized my packages, had the upcoming ones in the passenger seat, scanned on my way to door instead of in the van, and still get told I am not moving fast enough, it is not taken into account that some houses do not have their addresses posted or that the mailbox to the address you’re looking for is across the street so now you’re even more confused! it can be very frustrating a lot of times. You really have to have a strong mindset and not get discouraged because it can be stressful, try to make yourself a nice music playlist you’d like to hear while you work, bring some fulfilling snacks because taking breaks waste time you could be using to deliver, plenty PLENTY of water and wear comfortable shoes, and as long as you know you are moving as fast as you can without hurting yourself, be proud in knowing that you’re working hard and genuinely trying your best, it’ll pay off.
And also Juan, now Amazon is changing to freight liners, they will be just like the ups vehicles. You have to get dot certified now. I will be taking my physical next Thursday September 24th. I already passed my written exam. After my physical, then I have to take my road test.
First of all I wanna say THANK YOU SO MUCH for all the helpful tips & tricks!!! 🙏🏼 This was my first week & I have so many questions & I'm so eager to learn everything I can to be able to do the job right. My two day training wasn't helpful & on my actual first day they literally just gave me my van keys & made me figure everything out on my own from there. Do you or any of you listen to music on your headphones while delivering? Is it allowed? & if so, is it helpful?
You can if your mentor isn’t connected to your personal phone. Or if you have a playlist l. Don’t pick up your phone and just switch your music if you have to with a smart watch. Your mentor will just shooot straight down if you keep touching it all day. Haha but if you connect it and don’t touch it and just let music play it SHOULD be fine as long as you don’t touch. Lol
I havent used earbuds yet during my shifts (hoping to soon), but the vans my DSP uses has auxiliary jacks as well as bluetooth. Try getting to your vehicle early and figure out if it has those capabilities. I googled how to connect my phone to our vans' bluetooth 😂
Hiiii I just wanted to say Thank you for these videos bro ! It really helped me ALOT with the day 1 & 2 training sessions and the exams. I didn’t think I was going to pass but I did and I start this Friday. I’m excited and lowkey nervous bc I never really done this kind of job before but I’m an introvert and love to drive ALOT 😅 soo hopefully this job is good for me. I’m definitely aware of the challenges and I’m up for it!
So glad I could help! I hope you enjoy the job! But if it is not for you, guess what, it’s okay! At least you tried and you gave it a shot! Happy you passed!!
Very informative bro. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experiences, tips and words of encouragement. Looking forward in the near future to give it a shot. 👍👍
Yeah we use the rabbit for picking and it shows no route number so it's very annoying at the warehouse when you can't find your rack and they keep yelling what's your route number when we only have the stage number where is suppose to be smh
That must be a dsp choice cause we still use pick sheets. Digital, but it’s still a pick sheet. Idk why they would go away with it. It helps you organize so much. Smh 🤦🏻♂️
My DSP doesnt use pick sheets either, but they do list our route numbers in the daily email that tells us which van we're assigned to each day. Try asking dispatch before you load out :)
This is good stuff. Knowing the size and turning radius of the truck you're driving is key. Know what the vehicle can do. And if your not sure Stop Put in park and get out and look. Use mirrors! Use them ! Awesome job man.
I'm gonna start on Monday and I'm lost cuz they don't give this paper I have to write down all the sort zone from the itinerary from the rabbit waste of time my first day training was a nightmare we did 183 stops I didn't know I was gonna go out to do a route I was not prepared and I got wet because it was raining.
Are you still working there? Is it really fast paced to where you need to be damn near running or briskly walking? Is it timed routes? Can you stop to use the bathroom?
Yes. Depends on the load, but I could usually get done by walking at a fast pace. The route isn’t timed per day, but they do want you to finish at a good time. Yes you can stop to use the restroom
Also to all amazon customers looking at the comments please stop being so picky where you want your packages at like in the backyard or asking to open your front door without you being home to drop a package which not about to happen . It’s not like your paying for SHIPPING!!!!!
That depends on what time your dsp starts. It can start from 6 am all the way to 12 pm. You don’t stop until you’re done. Usually most drivers get back from 5-9 pm. Might be a little later or earlier depending on your speed.
How do you sort the bags when you first go pick up ur packages? I keep having a hard time remembering. I just started working and I just started watching ur videos because I want to be capable to do this job. I haven't been rescued yet I've worked 5 days barely. Do you have ur own DSP? If you pay more than what I'm getting paid right now. Let me know the incentives and pay.
Hi Juan, I am new and starting next Saturday. I was told I will be on my own with no trainer. Did you have a trainer on your first day? Thanks for your help!
I started before covid and we were allowed ride along a back then, but I made tons of vids that can help you out. Check out my playlist that has tips and tricks :)
Do you think they might give more packages for my 2nd day. My 1st day. Was 129 packages and took me more than what suppose to be. Most driver finished at 7 pm. I finished at. 8 30 pm . Do you think they will go easy with me or noticed I'm not to fast because I'm heavy. 220 Pound. Or the number of packages I get is the luck. I could be less than 129. Or it could be super more than 129. Like Just go for blind date .
Hey Juan, I have been delivering on the weekends for around 2 months. i need advice about how to finish my route without a rescue. No matter how hard i try even skipping my breaks i need Help.
Something to speed up your process a bit more is make sure you have everything in order. You could also place your envelopes between you and the passenger seat that way If the app says you’re delivering an envelope then you just look to your side and grab and go. And if it’s a box you know it’s in the back.
Just a question.. Why would you need to open a tote to check the sort zone code if the bag description column already tells you what sort zone is included in a particular tote? For example: bag Y203, which is Yellow203, contains the E-14.2B sort zone, or the yellow sticker.
Haha it’s just the way I was taught and just used this method since I started. And it always lets me know for sure what’s in the tote. Not just Hoping amazon didn’t mess up. 😅 but your can be just as affective too!
Also one last question, once you completed training and on your first day out delivering, are you paired with someone to help them deliver or do they send you out on your own?
So I just finished my second day of training driving alongside someone the first day it was nothing but apartments second and third floor I was pretty bad my legs and body were wrecked the second day it was just houses and it didn’t seem as bad but I was off the next day and my legs were sore than the first day any advice for soreness of the body
Yes. Those workers were sent home for two weeks and could not come back until they had a negative results. Of course they had 2 weeks of pay included with that, following cdc orders.
My Dsp is pressuring us and taking hours away from us but i feel so stress but i ❤️ these job cause i dont deal with people only ##’s and packages & boxes i love that im loosing weigh😁 and feel sexy ☺️ but i guess im not doing the 20 25 per hour can you help me i will apreciated i runed like crazy but still not enough
Hey what does the Amazon Prime vans track? Do they actually have sensors where they know that you don't have your seatbelt you're making u-turns also if you're backing up stuff like that?
Yeah they do. The blue prime trucks can tell when you’re not wearing a seat belt and every time you back up. Not really worried about U turns. It will all be captured on mentor.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly is there negative points or something like that when you're backing up? In Another video she said gets negative points for backing up?
Meaning they reduce points. Which is weird because I’ve never gotten reduced points for backing up. Yeah in the mentor app it shows I backed up but never got reduced. So I’m not sure if your dsp can change the settings for your mentor. I doubt they can, but if they could. That’s dumb lol
My tip for new Amazon Drivers is look at your stops cuz they are some stops that are literally the next door house or the same apartment complex it will save you a lot of time for combining them 🙏💯
I'm starting tomorrow morning. And I have no clue if I need to contact anyone about going on breaks. Do I need to notify dispatch or do I just take them whenever I want? This wasnt covered in training vids..
You can take it when you want. Usually I don’t contact dispatch, but you can just to let them know. Or just ask dispatch just to make sure. :) all dsps are different and it shouldn’t bother them that you’re asking since you’re new.
The Flex app will notify you when you need to take your break, at least it does for me. If you're in the middle of a tote and you wanna try to finish delivering all the packages from it, you can skip the first reminder, but the second one will lock you out of your itinerary and you'll be forced to take your lunch 😅
Why look at the sort zone when you can just see what the bags are on the left? It just saves time instead of looking in each tote when you can look at the totes themselves
? please answer me I tried the add from the buttom of the itinery and sometimes it does not let me add other adressses why and there on the same street or there in a dead end street please what can i do 🙏🏻thanks
Haha just depends where your dsp wants it. Usually our dsp puts it on our personal phone so that way when we are using our rabbit and we move it around it won’t count against us as a phone manipulation. Or when it’s bouncing around on the phone mount it won’t count as a harsh acceleration or whatever. But if it works for you on your rabbit it’s perfectly fine to do it there as well 👌🏼 😁😁😁
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly my major problems are with the navigation. It has you start in the total opposite direction so then you go around the block 3 times just to deliver on the same street. I wish there was a way to fix this
If you need a more visual representation, watch this virtual ride along!!!

You got it man! If you ever need help! I’m just a comment away.!
Appreciate all your input I start tomorrow and have watched only 2 of your videos and learned way more in 40minutes then my whole 11 hour online training. Keep it bro and thanks again!
Haha thanks! You got this man!
A god-send video. Great advice. Just started Amazon Step-Van at 61. 😳 Most encouraging thing I’ve seen yet. Thanks beyond words.
You’re very welcome Jeff! Thank you so much for taking the time to view it
Juan . you are such a helpful person in regards to starting a new Amazon job.
Thank you for the tips and for the confidence.
Thanks for all your videos and tips I start driving this week for first time and its calmed my nerves down
Glad I could help you out! 😁😁😁
That warms my heart! Thank you so much!
I'm sinking as a driver. Dispatch said I was flying through routes for first two weeks and that now I'm going backwards. I really need this job, and actually like it. I put my envelopes in front seat, I am always in motion, take pick and swipe on departure. Having a hard time with flex and apartments especially, no posted address, a lot of walking around at night.
ruclips.net/video/lCB79oIy7jo/видео.html check out the affiliate link down below on this vid! Might help you out with apartments!
I’m a new amazon driver and your videos are extremely helpful!! Thank you!!
You are very welcome Kassy!!! 😁😁😁😁
First and foremost, thank you so much for this video. I am about to watch the rest of them now. :)
Here are a couple of things I have learned in the 2 weeks that I have been working with my DSP and couple of months I have learned from Flex:
1) Use another device for Mentor.
Yooo I just got Timberland shoes through the free Zappos thing yesterday! :D
@@saramiller611 I got those too! Wear thick socks!
@@MsGilly I'll try to remember to buy some more, I mostly have thin no-shows 😳😬😂
@@MsGilly tomorrow is my first day how do I get the free shoes I wasn’t told about this
@@luism8612 ask your DSP if they have a code they can send to your work email :)
Good advice for the one who dont know im a otr driver
Your doing a great job on making these videos! Just keep grinding you will get where you want to be !! P.s. I just started working for Amazon in Greenwood Indiana and I got a 75 dollar Walmart gift card after just 4 days on the job! I love this job .
Ohh that’s awesome Andrew! Everyone!!! Drinks on Andrew!! Haha congrats man! And I really appreciate those words. They mean a lot! Thank you!
Dude, Love your videos, straight to the point.. You help alot of newbies and also give great tips on other videos...
Appreciate the support!!!
Thanks man. Very helpful and you're a good man bro
Dont label a package missing on the rabbit unless it's a group stop. Just skip it and go to the next stop. You mind find the nongroup stop package later on in another bag do to a mis-sort. Even if you find a group stop package later on, after you labeled it missing, DELIVER IT.
👌🏼 thank you, bro!!! 😁😁😁😁
I do that too
I'm a new Amazon delivery driver and start this Monday. Very comforting video. Thank you 😊

Thank you for the education just signed up for Amazon delivery driver watching all your videos thank you so much Philadelphia Pennsylvania peace out
You’re very welcome ! Thanks for the support
Best thing to do best advice check your itinerary before leaving the station or at your first stop to know where to park because most of the time your delivery is one street like 10 stops and they probably put in couple cross street don't need to get in drive on the next street loose time going around again to come on the the same street u just on
I really appreciate your help! Thank you for the advice !!!
Yeah man most definitely!! Haha great advice for sure !
Thank you for the tips. My first day will be soon!!!

Thank you! I try my best haha ☺️☺️☺️
Thanks!! I start next week! 💜 really helpful
Wish you the best of luck! 😁😁😁
Do they test for thc ? and how do they test? i’m in cali
Thanks for this man!
You’re very welcome
Thank you so much. I appreciate you so much. Juan your the best, I feel more relaxed.
You’re very welcome! Thank you so much for watching ! I appreciate you for taking the time to view my videos.
I start virtual training tomorrow for two days, was just informed that the second day will be half virtual training and half driver training onsite with a driving obstacle course. Was told they just started the obstacle course part of training, should be interesting lol
BTW love the videos
Obstacle? Lmao let me know how that goes! That is indeed very new! And I really appreciate it! Thank you so much for watching!
Geofence fix. Turn phone into airplane mode and you will be able to deliver. Then turn airplane mode off to travel to next stop.
Don't forget to make sure Bluetooth is still on & to take airplane mode off.
I’m a new driver and these are helpful tips
I have tons! Thanks so much for watching
Are you excited!? Did they raise your pay? 😲😲
IAmTheJuanAndOnly I’m kinda excited. Apparently they are supposed to raise the pay, but we will see. I will keep you informed my friend.
Yeah let me know! I’m excited for you!
IAmTheJuanAndOnly I will.
Dude thanks for the tips really helpful!
You’re very welcome ! I have plenty to go around! Don’t be afraid to explore! 😁😁😁
Wish we still got pick sheets

Very informative bro. Thank you very much for taking the time to share your experiences, tips and words of encouragement. Looking forward in the near future to give it a shot. 👍👍
I wish you the best! If you need advice or anything don’t be afraid to ask! 😁😁😁 thank you for watching !
The Requirements to the job say 8-10 hours. If you finish your route let’s say at hour 6, do you get to leave and go home?
This is good stuff. Knowing the size and turning radius of the truck you're driving is key. Know what the vehicle can do. And if your not sure Stop Put in park and get out and look. Use mirrors! Use them !
Awesome job man.
Yes and always check apartment and modular home parks offices and get a map. Some let you deliver to office as well. 👊
Haha my man! The FedEx expert! Can’t wait to see your channel!

My dsp don’t even give us pick sheets anymore
They make you use the rabbit? That’s wack!
I am a new driver. What do we do when we have to use the restroom during our route?
You have to go find one. Most likely gas station or a fast foood location :)
Also to all amazon customers looking at the comments please stop being so picky where you want your packages at like in the backyard or asking to open your front door without you being home to drop a package which not about to happen . It’s not like your paying for SHIPPING!!!!!
WHAT?! someones asked to open the front door?! lol NO WAY that's going to happen!
Instructions? What are those? Never heard of them.
Bless you for doing this what are the driving shifts?
That depends on what time your dsp starts. It can start from 6 am all the way to 12 pm. You don’t stop until you’re done. Usually most drivers get back from 5-9 pm. Might be a little later or earlier depending on your speed.
How do you sort the bags when you first go pick up ur packages? I keep having a hard time remembering. I just started working and I just started watching ur videos because I want to be capable to do this job. I haven't been rescued yet I've worked 5 days barely. Do you have ur own DSP? If you pay more than what I'm getting paid right now. Let me know the incentives and pay.
thank you
Hey jaun what's your best video about using the rabbit scares me the most.
I have the one called the “ flex app 2020”
Hey Juan, don’t forget to tell them what to do if they have your totes out of order.
What does one do?
Watching videos on RUclips has taught me so many different ways to mess around with the itinerary.. I cannot wait to get back to work lmao
Thanks!
Here's a tip for you. Go get you some white coax cable so it blends in more around your doorways. 👍
Interior Design Police?
Dam I was hoping for a Tip to avoid going around in circles when delivering lol.
Yeah man, your number should be going up if you're doing a nursery route. There is no REMORSE. lol so you should be shooting up in packages.
Hey Juan,
I have been delivering on the weekends for around 2 months. i need advice about how to finish my route without a rescue.
Depends on the dsp you work work with. Some do have ride alongs and others you’ll be on your own
Do they pay more if they're giving you more work to do during the peak seasons like Christmas? Thanks
Usually overtime is more allowed during peak. And sometimes Amazon does give a little bonus to the drivers.
So you can just leave it in a locker if the building has one? I thought it had to be delivered to the address. Great videos 👍
If theres a locker, yes. BUT if the customer notes say, “deliver to front door.” Amazon wants you to deliver it to the front door
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly . OK thanks
Juan, am I allowed to bring a bag with me in the van? For water, etc..?
how to load boxes as well
That’s on my other video 😁😁
My bags never in order OMG
So I just finished my second day of training driving alongside someone the first day it was nothing but apartments second and third floor I was pretty bad my legs and body were wrecked the second day it was just houses and it didn’t seem as bad but I was off the next day and my legs were sore than the first day any advice for soreness of the body
Yes! Haha it will sound dumb, but doing cardio will help with soreness. Also, if it’s really bad, try ibuprofen to help with the aches.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly thanks bro. Wow your videos are truly helpful.
Glad I could help! 😁😁😁 that’s what I’m here for!
Can you get fired if you are really slow for like the first week?
The first week, it’s not likely, but each dsp is different. Now if you’re super slow for like a month or so it’s more likely.
How much drivers get paid?
$15-18 hr depending on where you live and cost of living. 😁😁
Is there a button you press on the rabbit to radio dispatch? I forgot how to do it.
It usually just has a phone number you call. Never had to radio them. 😲😲😲
IAmTheJuanAndOnly Got it. I appreciate these videos that you have made. Very helpful 👍
And I appreciate you watching ! Truly. Thank you!
I never seen a pig sheet
Have you had a positive covid test in your DSP? We just got one just now. Just curious
Yes. Those workers were sent home for two weeks and could not come back until they had a negative results. Of course they had 2 weeks of pay included with that, following cdc orders.
I read that someone bought some Timberlake steel toe boots Zappos ... we get a free pair from Amazon is that so?
Yes. They have a shoe program for drivers
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly wow !!! Awesome, I will ask them that tomorrow on my first day of training thank you Juan !

@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly I asked one of the lead drivers when we get the new vans. Thanks bro
bigbear805sg I was told the bigger vans are for delivering bigger and heavier packages like generators
Tuesday will be my 5th day driving for Amazon & I can't log into my mentor app.It won't take any of my passwords.Help! I am so frustrated 😠
My tip for new Amazon Drivers is look at your stops cuz they are some stops that are literally the next door house or the same apartment complex it will save you a lot of time for combining them 🙏💯
Facts! Thank you!!!! 🙏
How can you do that? I use a rabbit. Would you go to your itinerary to look at your next stop(s)?
Check out my “flex app 2020” video I show you how there ! 😁
Haha I just Always have and it helped me. Just how I’ve done it since I’ve started lol
? please answer me I tried the add from the buttom of the itinery and sometimes it does not let me add other adressses why and there on the same street or there in a dead end street please what can i do 🙏🏻thanks
I keep mentor on with flex on the rabbit. Then I do ADP on my personal phone. I got 850 on mentor with the rabbit device. This works best for me.
I wish there was a way to fix this
Beans app for apartments, its what fed ex uses and it will save your ass
Beans app? 😲 what does that do?
Would that mess up my score on mentor ?
Bro I’m new, I downloaded the app and it seems to bring me right to the door a lot easier thank you so much
Wish i could upload & look up gate codes
My dsp said we shouldn't deliver in mail room even when there are secure
If there is a package room for like amazon packages I usually mark that as a secure mailroom.
