Scenario and Flex App feature you should definitely cover. You're at an apartment with a locker, but the locker is full. This is a huge apartment complex so you have to hand deliver to the door for multiple stops at the same complex. Organize all your packages by building or floor and apartment order. But all of these packages are in different stops and containers. Select your Itinerary (List Tab). Scroll up till the you see the search bar with the bar code icon in the right corner. Now you can run the packages and click on that bar code icon scan your QR code on the package and find the associated stop without having to scroll through each stop to find where the package is at. It's a scenario I use all the time at apartments lacking locker space but high volume. Saves me a huge amount of time.
You can also use this for packages that you aren't sure are actually in your itinerary. If you scan the QR code and nothing shows up, you know you have an extra package. The pick up feature also will do this, but there's always the small chance that you scan a package an accidently accept it into your itinerary when it was missorted and shouldn't be delivered by you.

I love these videos I am interviewing for this job on Saturday and I am so excited you are making it seem as easy as thought it could be good looking out dog!😁☮️🤟😎
Thanks for this video! I start Saturday and had so many questions because the training videos weren’t that good but you pretty much answered them all in this video.
I've learned so much from you, thank you very much man. You made me feel like I can totally do this [which I initially did, but had a real rough 1st day w/o a partner guiding me] so thanks a bunch :)
Thanks for the tips! Just started almost a couple of weeks ago and navigating to the right screen on the app has been the biggest slow down for me. This helps a lot!
I could had used this information last week, I had my first hub locker last week. And a I had to deliver to two different locker's. And customer support wasn't any help lol. I had to use pick up today and I wish you had made this video sooner. But thanks for all that you do
Sorrry I wasn’t fast enough! Lol but you did it and you know now! Support sucks at times lol when ever it comes to HUBS you have to ask for a hub team member.
No problem! 😁 if you need a job quick. You can usually get in pretty fast with amazon dsps. If you don’t mind the weather outside and like being outdoors it can be a pretty good choice. ☺️😊 over all if you decide to work at amazon do it if you like it. Don’t think that you have to stay if you don’t like it. Happiness over money 💰 😁
Whats up man. Tomorrow is my first day doing flex. Im watching all i can to learn lol. Im going to throw videos up on my channel also. Good content brother.
Thanks for the extra training. I did a lot of research before I even applied to drive and I watched your videos and Dariel as well but then thought it was really cool that I actually get to work in the same DPS as you.
Try navigating with no GPS besides Google Maps.... Amazon has the best technology for delivery. It's not like that at other corporations. You also won't get the training Amazon gives you.
Any suggestions? Is better android to scanning package? Because I have iPhone and seems not working properly and spend too much time loading my package scanning individually.
I like your video very much. very informative. I always have a lot of trouble in the apartments. I hate apartments. I’m amazon flex driver to. I love my job.
If you’re having tons of trouble with that check out my video that I’m linking. Don’t have to watch the whole thing but the beginning can help you out! ruclips.net/video/lCB79oIy7jo/видео.html
When it says u have 170 stops and then you get like 50 group stops within those 170 stops ain’t that false advertising because it’s really not 170 stops , more like 220 stops
Quick question for you. If you don’t have time to organize your van at the station, when and where is a good place to do that? Should you pull over somewhere at a park or a gas station to organize or should you do that at when you get to your first stop? Bro, thank you soooo much for these videos! I learned more from you than those 2 day videos!
A lot of people go to gas stations and organize. Or you could do it at your first stop. I’d organize at my first stop if I wasn’t able to do it during load out. Being organized will help you out so much. You’re very welcome! Thanks so much for the support !
Hi Juan - 3rd day driving & I have used many of your tips! Today I asked a trailer park for a map because GPS was sending me every which way. I wouldn't have known about the "?" and being able to slide the circle to exact location if not for you. Sometimes I still need to call support, but less because of your help. Still figuring out the app and how to bypass GPS errors just to scan a package...I guess in time. Thanks again.
IAmTheJuanAndOnly it was really good and went by pretty quick I only had 81 stops on my first day but it was really productive and you really helped know how to use the rabbit app 👍🏾
Glad I could help! Haha remember apartments are the most frustrating. So just try to stay calm lol great work Steve! Pretty soon you’ll be a pro. Be able to do it all in your sleep lol
IAmTheJuanAndOnly lol yeah apartments are very tough I had a few apartments lately but do you know how to get all the apartment package s on the rabbit app cause the app normally makes me do them one at a time?
What? Like to pick them up? If you scan your totes you should have them picked up once you scan your QR code. If you mean delivery then yeah one at a time lol unless it’s a group stop. But usually if I’m delivering to apartments and I have a lot to deliver to it I’ll look at my map and figure out what I’ll need to deliver there and put them all in one tote and start delivering that way.
Wow that’s cool that you can organize the address, on my first day it was like having me go back and forth when I went in order , I’m definitely going to be doing that tomorrow.
You’ll have to look in different bags, yes, if you reorganize your route. But you can use the sort zone to help you find a which bag it’s in. For example if the package you’re going to delivery is B12.6c then you’ll look in the tote that has all those sort zones. 😁 sort zones are the yellow sticker.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly thank you , I always relied on the yellow sticker, but the tiny number on the bottom right side, so next time I'll consider looking at the sort zone number as well, when looking for a package.
Juan I watched a lot of your videos and couldn't find where this one tip was that I know I heard. Lets say you have a package that isn't your next stop I know you said you scan it to figure out where in your itinerary it is but I forgot how you said to get to the option to scan it. Also yesterday I used the locker code for apt buildings you gave and it worked so thnx! hope to hear back before my shift >.
I believe when you go to your itinerary at the top there’s a search bar or a button to scan click it and you should be able to scan your package. Or you could type in the TBA and it should pop up for you :)
This is by far your Number 01 best video Juan, straight forward and it explained so many details, thank you sir for your efforts, and keep up the good work out0:)
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly one question Juan, if you don't mind? How do you know which bag is first to go through the app, or the first one you scan, will be first to go? Thanks a bunch.
Your dsp should show you how, if you get a pick sheet it will give you a list and in what order. If not then you’ll have to use the rabbit to show you. They should show you that once you start
I’ve had some coworkers get mixed routes or have two routes added on their route and it’s pretty crazy. One hiccup I had was the morning dispatcher I work with gave me the wrong number route so we managed to work things out and got the packs delivered safely. In the case of the flex app, I find it to be menacing at times for example, when I do just houses In a neighborhood I’m like a mouse in a labyrinth tryin to get to the cheese. Lol. I’ve had a couple routes that were all one way streets and that’s something I can dig right there.
Lol yeah dispatch isn’t perfect at times. Well I’m not and things can get mixed up at times. But I’m glad you guys figured it out. It pro at set you back a bit but hey at least you were getting paid 😂 l hate one ways lol so I always check my map to see if there is any packages that are on the same street. And deliver that way instead of going back and forth from two or three streets. I always try to deliver everything on that one street then move on to the next.
Also when u scan the bags in the morning u can scroll all the way to the bottom on the rabbit and it will tell u which bag is last and I usually load them up from bottom to top... our dsp don’t do pick sheets 🤣
Yesterday, I had to scan each package since none of the QR code’s worked. Today, the wrong launch pad assignment sheet was posted. Bad mornings, but still managed to help some other drivers.
Good work micheal! Lol I understand what you mean. There are days where everything goes wrong lol but we still push through it. That was me yesterday lol
Lol i would say yea because you’ll need a little break from all the hard work, but a lot of people don’t because they feel like they won’t finish. Lol I know I wouldn’t take lunch cause I wanted to finish 😆 you’ll be the best judge to see if you can. Some days are easier than others, but most days are harder haha
Hi, just had a few questions. When you arrive at the pickup station in the morning. Do you have to scan each package individually or would you scan the bags the packages are in. Also if you do have to scan the packages individually do you have to scan in order or would the rabbit order them correctly for you? Thanks
When you arrive. Once you scan the tote on the outside everything within the tote is included in that one scan. So scan the outside and everything inside will be good to go. And you don’t have to scan them in order. As long as you scan them all you should be fine. The rabbbit will still navigate you to your first stop no mate we what order you scan the packages. The only thing you’ll have to scan individually is the over flow. The loose boxes on the side. 👍🏼
If you’re working on your own I’ve seen really small car do it. So that shouldn’t be an issue. If you’re doing it for a dsp they’ll give you a delivery van 👌🏼
Organize as best as you can. Organization is key! The faster you can find your package the faster you can deliver. Some drivers go as far as numbering their packages.
How do you exit the main menu, is it current stop? Say I'm loading and want to see the itinerary so I can organize the overflow, after that I can exit by hitting current stop?
Wow your video helped me more than the trainings itself. I’m about to start in about two to three days. So when u get to your first stop and you about to deliver all the packages in the first tote, how does the delivery works.
what do you mean exactly? lol all you do is once you get to your first stop you can start delivering by addresses. So what ever address the rabbit gives you will be the very first package you deliver and you do that all day.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly yea I know is not rocket science lol. So if they give you the delivery sheet right, how do u know which is your first tote to deliver and which one is last
Hey bro, I’m part of the support team and I’m actually trying to get more information about the flex app for we all due to the lack of information we receive. Your videos have helped me to get more information and understand the flex app and improve with my support. I was wondering if I can get in touch with you so you can help me with more information
I feel more comfortable asking you questions than anyone at work so I'ma just go ahead 😂 When delivering to apartments are you supposed to deliver to the customer's front door if there's no doorman/receptionist or do you just leave it on the inside by the building entrance?
Never leave it at inside the building entrance lol if there isnt a receptionist present to take it. Take it to the costumer door. If the locker is full you can also leave it at the front door if you feel it’s safe enough. If there’s too many people present or you feel it would get stolen you can mark it as no safe location 😁
Since I’m a dispatcher I start at 9 or 10 am till when ever the last driver gets back. Lol my drivers mostly start at 12:05 pm then get back when ever they are done delivering. And I usually have some water proof tactical boots. They go up pretty high that way water can’t get into your shoe and your socks don’t get wet. 👌🏼
IAmTheJuanAndOnly alrighty & i see, is the dispatcher pay much difference from being a driver? (I know its kinda personal so you don’t really gotta tell me how much you actually make lol) & i’ll prob try to see what i can find at Target/Walmart for the shoes/boots. If not ima probaby search online
Lol I’ve actually never worried about the high way. I drive in it all the time but I’m sure you could use google maps to get you to the location without highways
How much time do they give you to load up the packages? The company I'm driving for give us 20 minutes. Also, how many totes (idk if that how you spell it) do they give you guys on average. I saw most of my colleague loading up like 12 or 13 tote with at least 20-50 overflow.
Usually they give you 15-20 mins and depending on what cycle you get is how many totes an packages you have. Cycle 1s could have 150-250 stops and or 200-300 packages. Cycle 2s could have 50-150 stops with 100-180 packages or more. Just depending on what cycle your dsp runs determines how many packages and stops you will receive. Cycle 1s have more than cycle 2s.
IAmTheJuanAndOnly I think it depends. I’m cycle one but I rarely get over 120 stops because it’s rural delivery and it’s 5 to 15 minutes drive to deliver one package.
I have a question!!! I might start new doing this however it’s in an area that I don’t know at all. Once I’m done with all my packages and got to drive the van back does that app have a gps taking you back to the place? Cause I was told you can’t use your phone so I wouldn’t be able to get back if I don’t have the gps and mot know that area :( I’m soooo nervous 😬
If I just got neighborhoods im gonna fly through my route like the road runner. But if I got apartments and businesses, imma gonna go to my map and go through my route with a scalpel and fine tooth comb like Elmer Fudd.
Pretty much the way you scan bags is the way your pick sheets ordered IF you get a pick sheet. If you don’t then you’ll have to load by what the rabbit tells you. ruclips.net/video/u0l9HIrCHi8/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/8cSl_7tcG8Y/видео.html
You basically just grab a tote scan it and what ever is in it should be added to your itinerary. And that’s what you’re going to deliver. You can pick up as many totes as you want or your dsp can give you a minimum to deliver. 😁😁😁 once you scan it it tells you how many packages you have collected.
IAmTheJuanAndOnly I wondering, because what if the other driver tries to give you more than what he’s going to take, I watched your other video that your at fedex do you like it better than amazon
So let me get this straight you scan every single package as your loading them on the truck or are you scanning the bar code on the bag as your placing them in your truck.
So when you’re at the station don’t put any packages in the front. Once you’re out of the station and you’re delivering you can put them at front. Not on the dash or on the passenger seat. You can put them between the passenger seat and the driver seat or in the foot area of the passenger. Again. Once you leave the station.
Is there anyway to make sure your navigation is pointing in the right direction? Every time I hit start travel it tells me to go straight then as I drive it flips around and tells me I’m going the wrong way because it didn’t know which direction the vehicle was pointed
Lol the best way to tell is know which way you’re facing m. For example if you’re facing North and the app says head south on *insert street here* you know to turn around lol
Delivery service partner. 3rd party companies that deliver package for amazon. Amazon doesn’t really delivery their own package. They hire others to do so.
For group stops, my DSP wants us to deliver to one then go back to the itinerary start travel again etc..... That's how they get credit for the stops rather than just one stop.

I love these videos I am interviewing for this job on Saturday and I am so excited you are making it seem as easy as thought it could be good looking out dog!😁☮️🤟😎
You’re a beast to do all this while filming. If you can, bring someone with you to help record next time. Great work man
If only haha we can’t have two people in a vehicle ! Thank you!
Thanks for this video! I start Saturday and had so many questions because the training videos weren’t that good but you pretty much answered them all in this video.
Glad I could help! Good luck on your first day! Let me know how it goes !
This video was super helpful! It would help to show how you actually organize your van when your not in a rush.
I’ll do my best! 😁
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly YOU KNOW YOU CAN DO BETTER THAN YOUR BEST! You’re the man and it would really help us all out so much.

This was so useful I start in a couple of days I'm excited thanks man
You are very welcome! 😁😁😁
I've learned so much from you, thank you very much man. You made me feel like I can totally do this [which I initially did, but had a real rough 1st day w/o a partner guiding me] so thanks a bunch :)
You’re very welcome! So glad I could help! And yeah sorry you had a rough day, but the good news is that you got through it! Love the logo haha cute !

Awwww yea!!! I hope they help you l! Thank you so much for watching !
Thanks so much for the video! It really helped, especially since I don't have time to look into the menu too much while I am doing my delivery.
You’re very welcome! Thank you for taking the time out of your day to watch!
Definitely a big help. Thanks man, keep up the good work.
You’re very welcome ! 😁😁😁 thank you!
I start in the morning and this video came in clutch mann
Haha you got this! Hope it helps you out! I know the training didn’t doesn’t help much with the flex app!
Thanks for the tips! Just started almost a couple of weeks ago and navigating to the right screen on the app has been the biggest slow down for me. This helps a lot!
You’re very welcome ! 😁😁😁 glad I could help!
Did training on Zoom due to COVID, this is a good guide for us newbies!
Glad I could help!
Thank you for posting these videos Sir! I'm considering going to be a driver!
Good content brother.
haha appreciate it man! and good luck! are you excited? lol
Thanks for the extra training. I did a lot of research before I even applied to drive and I watched your videos and Dariel as well but then thought it was really cool that I actually get to work in the same DPS as you.
Haha always glad to help! Welcome to the Amazon life!
This was a helpful video, I don't understand why Amazon don't make their own videos like this.
Do you use your own phone to scan everything in? Are you just a flex driver?
Bro thanks for all the videos I’m bout to start in 2 weeks and this will help me a lot, again thank you and keep it up.
Youre very welcome! I appreciate you for watching! Thank you!
Glad I found this video! This is going to help IMMENSLEY ! Thanks!

@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly thanks 🙏🏻
You’re very welcome :)
When it says u have 170 stops and then you get like 50 group stops within those 170 stops ain’t that false advertising because it’s really not 170 stops , more like 220 stops
Lmao 😂 facts. pretty much. Sometimes I hate group stops.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly entiende que son 170 paradas. Busca un Estacion Amazon y prueba por ti mismo.
wouldnt you like group stops? If you have like 5 houses all on one street it just means you're getting in and out of the van less
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly You are awesome! Thank you! Subscribed!!
I really appreciate it!
Great work! I’m so glad I could help you out! You’ll get the hang of it very soon and you’ll be amazing at your job! Keep up the great work!
Hey I was watching all your video’s and your tips really helped me out and I just started as a driver 👍🏾💯
Glad to hear that Steve! If you ever have any questions let me know! How was your first day?
New driver here!
Welcome to the delivery world! 😁😁
Wow that’s cool that you can organize the address, on my first day it was like having me go back and forth when I went in order , I’m definitely going to be doing that tomorrow.
Yessir! Bend it to your will! 😁😁😁
But then Juan don't you end up opening all the totes when you do that ? I am confused here I am still a novice.
Good luck! Let me know how it goes !
This is so helpful. Thank you bud
You’re so very welcome!!! 😁😁😁 thank you for stopping by!
compared to usps mdd scanner, this is amazing
BEST Tutorial Vid!!!!!!!
You did a amazing job 👏 you made my first day great
Glad you got through it! 😁😁
Great video!! What’s that phone called your using? It’s Super fast. Need it for my amazon flex blocks.
Motorola G7 power 😁
This is by far your Number 01 best video Juan, straight forward and it explained so many details, thank you sir for your efforts, and keep up the good work out0:)
No problem Sam! Thank you for watching! It really helps!
Okey, thank you so much Juan, I wish you all the best.
Thank you!! 😁😁😁😁 same to you!!
Thank you for showing the 'GPS is not working' thing , it's been driving me crazy.
lol you’re welcome. A lot of people seem to not know so I just had to show you guys 👍🏼
I am a new driver soon to be as well. It seems like a great job but i guess days can vary
It’s not bad. It has its ups and downs, but it’s just how you look at the day.
Also when u scan the bags in the morning u can scroll all the way to the bottom on the rabbit and it will tell u which bag is last and I usually load them up from bottom to top... our dsp don’t do pick sheets 🤣
Lol pick sheets are good! Why don’t they!? Lol they can make them digital! And thanks for the tip Eduardo! Lol 😂
This help me out alot for my first day thank u so much 💪🏿😘
Glad everything helped! So happy! 🥲😁
You can also enter the tote (ex: ABD-YLW-067-323) manually but make sure it’s exactly as is including capital letters and dashes.
Any tips fixing to start driving next week.
Hey man I love your videos I'm gonna start my training in a couple days and I have a huge question for you. Should I take lunch? 😂
Another great informative video thanks :)
Do you use your own phone to navigate ? What’s the rabbit device ??
Rabbit is the device that the company you work with gives you to deliver.
how big does my vehicle have to be? I have a 2016 Santa Fe is it going to work?
If you’re working on your own I’ve seen really small car do it. So that shouldn’t be an issue. If you’re doing it for a dsp they’ll give you a delivery van 👌🏼
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly thanks
Nooo problem 😁😁
Juan do you have a video of inspecting the van before the loadout?
I will soon :)
You're pretty good at this, and you should be a trainer for Amazon. I'm not a delivery person but, I d like to be.
Maybe one day lol 😆
Great Job! Explaining the job. Gid bless thank you! Be safe
Thank you! 😁😁😁
This guy is awesome!💯👍🏻 thankyou
What is the best way to get it done faster?
Organize as best as you can. Organization is key! The faster you can find your package the faster you can deliver. Some drivers go as far as numbering their packages.
Something you have 1 stop with differents address so you have to be pay attention which package
Facts!
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly I got it I think I’m just thinking too hard
Lol you got this! 😁😁😁😁 no need to over think it
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly yea I know is not rocket science lol.

How do you contact Dispatch on the flex app? Thanks!
you usually just call them through a phone number. The RAbbit is a Phone.
Heyo bro what time does your shift starts & ends? & also what shoes would you recommand to wear for rainy days?
$15/hr as driver and I get $16.50 😁 I got mines at academy
What phone are you using because it looks better then my DSP Cat S41 phones that we use.
Cats are terrible in my opinion. They lose power so fast!
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly yes they do all our drivers hate them me included. We have some cats that are good but majority of them are trashed.
We use the Moto g 7 power. They are awesome with battery life.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly oh okay thank you.
You’re welcome 👍🏼
If you don't like driving in the highway cant you customize the gps?
Lol I’ve actually never worried about the high way. I drive in it all the time but I’m sure you could use google maps to get you to the location without highways
Great video Juan!
Thank you ! 😁😁😁😁
How do you know how to put them on if no pick list..
Is it right to left then bottom row left to right?
When Driver support tells you to attempt delivery later do you mark it as missing ?
Nah you can just go to your itinerary and skip that delivery for the moment 👍🏼
You should try doing a time lapse of your route it’s looks cool lol
Lol hmm I wonder. That’s not a bad idea 👍🏼
I deliver to the front door. I am not going to go all around the house trying to find a hiding spot. It's going to the front door right beside UPS .
Lmao 😂 hide it behind the ups package
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly LOL
GOOD ONE👍
Do you use your personal phone for Flex and the Rabbit for Mentor to be able to use your phone for music?
I don’t lol I just use the rabbit to delivery. I mean, you could try it.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly I start on my own tomorrow and just don't want my FICO to go down.
Yeah when it comes to rural youll get less lol just because of the times in between. But close to city areas the counts go up
I have a question!!!
Haha yes. The flex app takes you back to the station once you’re done delivering 😁
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly you are THE BEST THANK YOU!! I was so worried 😟

Question when it comes to the envelopes with the driver aid numbers you arrange them for the lowest to the highest number right ????
Please help!! My rabbit does not have a back button or the "3 buttons in the bottom", anyone have this issue? How do I go back
Don’t know what kind of rabbit you use. What is it?
hi i have a qustion what happen if i was tracking my packge and it say delayed in transt whast dos that mean
Either it’s delayed because the packages made it late to the wear house or it’s delayed due to the driver being delayed
Happy New Year. I'm a new driver i want to know how to scan bags to load low To high numbers??
Pretty much the way you scan bags is the way your pick sheets ordered IF you get a pick sheet. If you don’t then you’ll have to load by what the rabbit tells you. ruclips.net/video/u0l9HIrCHi8/видео.html and ruclips.net/video/8cSl_7tcG8Y/видео.html
How do you know which packages 📦 you are getting from the rescue, do you pick or does the other driver or your dsp?
You basically just grab a tote scan it and what ever is in it should be added to your itinerary. And that’s what you’re going to deliver. You can pick up as many totes as you want or your dsp can give you a minimum to deliver. 😁😁😁 once you scan it it tells you how many packages you have collected.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly how about if you only pick one tote will they get pissed
Lol if they didn’t give you a minimum to pick up then probably not.
IAmTheJuanAndOnly I wondering, because what if the other driver tries to give you more than what he’s going to take, I watched your other video that your at fedex do you like it better than amazon
I’m back at amazon lol I hate FedEx ground
So let me get this straight you scan every single package as your loading them on the truck or are you scanning the bar code on the bag as your placing them in your truck.
You scan the bags. The over flow (all the loose boxes) you scan individually
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly thank you for clearing that up.
You are welcome :)
Not anymore, you just scan the carts @@IAmTheJuanAndOnly
Hi jaun I see you in some videos you put packages in the front .when we did our training they said we are not alowed. To do this is that s new rule
How do you get a assigned van? I’m using my own car
Are you doing amazon flex on your own? You only get assigned a van id you’re working for a dsp.
@@IAmTheJuanAndOnly What is dsp? I keep hearing that term
