I've been taking Sertraline for 4 days now and when I checked my blood pressure it was 135(I stressed when saw this) then raised to 160/90 and often stays around 145-160 which makes me feel scared for my health, because I've never had such blood pressure

Hi can you give me any advice with my anxiety problem. I get bad anxiety when my grown children have come to see me. So know one as said i won't come anymore which has made me feel so useless. I am past of all my symptoms, the onlybthing remaining is that my body stilll feels more hyperstimulated and stresses easy to general stress due mostly full shcedule or if my workout routine is a little more intense. When hyperstimulated it starts affecting my sleep also. Any advice?
