Mekong Delta - Is it worth doing this Tour in Vietnam this 2023?

Another “Must-do” activity here in Vietnam.. the Mekong Delta River, where the local communities thrive not becoz of the fisheries but with the flourishing tourism, and I’m glad I contributed to that.
Our itinerary here includes visiting Buddhist Temple, island tour which shows the different foods, culture, and music of the locals (they even sang and played music for us).
We ate some fruits which is actually similar to my home country (with my favourite - Chico), tried some Local Honey (from the Honey Nest), tried their coconut fruits, sip coconut Juice, and Lastly the highlight which is the Obligatory Miniboat ride at Mekong River (with the locals of all ages paddling it for you). It was an interesting experience.
I met other tourist as well, and this time I was tagging along with my new found Friend and buddy from Aus - Michael, (since we are both the only solo traveller on this tour😅).. lucky we both helped each other on taking our photos..and again we shared life stories and culture..
Since its my last Day touring around I ended it the way how I started it.. by eating “Pho” for my dinner..
Key Interesting thing that happened:
1. Ive met Tourist couple from Spain, and its their first time visiting Asia.. so as I was curious to know why Vietnam of all places here in Asia.. the answer kinda intrigues me “Vietnam of all the places here is the easiest to search, get infos with, and navigate online” (non verbatim)…Good Job Vietnam 👏🏼👏🏼. I guess my home country needs to step up on promoting our Tourism.. “Its More fun in the Phils.”, and “We give the world our best. The Philippines”.. 💪🏼👊🏼
