Love mine! Yes it’s plastic but that makes it durable and streamlined. It’s a great little piece of interior design history!

We have one, it’s beautiful and unique, but much lighter than expected as its made completely of plastic which gives the impression to those who doubt know better that it’s cheaply made.

I'm interested in buying one, but my boyfriend (whom I live with) thinks EVERYTHING made of plastic is cheap, even high-end thick acrylic that is actually more expensive than glass. =/
