I’ve had that version of Take on Me that plays when Wade and Vanessa reunite as my morning alarm since I first saw this movie in theaters. It’s so good!
i love how in the opening shot of the podcast you can clearly see the 1000 inch tvs in front of the desk and you have to wonder how mike cant read those 😭😭😭😭
Yeah George Clooney, Sandra Bullock, Brad Pitt, Matt Damon, Channing Tatum all just kind of pop up in each others movies. Seems like they’re kind of like Adam Sandler where they just do movies with friends. Really noticed it in Bullet train, but there was definitely a stretch where they were all just popping up in each other’s movies
I thought Tim watched the original animated X-Men show? Because Nick is bringing the knowledge with the information on Cable and Juggernaut, but I am surprised Tim being such a Marvel guy he doesn't have a clue about that stuff. Juggernaut's power comes from a crystal/gem that he found, that held the power of some ancient mystic. So yeah, magic.
Dollars to donuts the opening credits for Deadpool & Wolverine will be a riff on Mission Impossible. Being as this is basically a reverse 'time heist' (Endgame's time heist was going to various time period to steal the Infinity Stones, D&W will be an attempt to escape a forgotten timeline into the 'main' one), it feels thematically apropos, plus the M:I series is one of the few ongoing film series with 'iconic' opening credits sequences that can rival those of James Bond. If there was a way to go 'bigger,' or at least AS big, I reckon that would be it. That said, I also wouldn't be surprised at all if they swerved us and went smaller somehow. Can't wait to see!
I thought the default year for Nick's "The year is..." was 2025 and I always hoped he would keep it up well past 2025 much like Conan doing "In the year 2000" well past 2000 haha.
Awesome video but I am definitely hoping and thinking the new one is gunna be easily like top 5 and maybe the best marvel movie of all time. They have had years to work on this and make it like perfect, I think it’s gunna be the kinda end of this section of the MCU and be a big cap off to it all and even though it’s not the final movie if that makes sense.
I don't think there's any indication within that show that l can remember that officially links it to anything but the 90s cartoon. These other movies are being tied directly into the MCU through DP&WV
You guys should be put in jail for having She Hulk and Love and Thunder which are both absolute garbage over Iron Man 1. That’s an absolute crime. Also Guardians 2 isn’t that great, 1 and 3 are better. These rankings are criminal.
@rainycitymcr Yea I posted my comment early while watching the vid and even I regret seeing it now What a reveal some of the things in the trailer would have been if I would have just gone without seeing it
So instead of a proper Screencast non spoiler review for Deadpool & Wolverine it's gonna be behind a paywall part of an exclusive Patreon/membership bonus show. Weird...
They are doing a spoiler-free stream/chat on Wednesday just to give their overall impressions. The regular one won't be uploaded until the review embargo ends for the movie. I'm pretty sure that's the situation.
Does… does Tim think that Brad Pitt is Jason Bourne? Cause I can assure you, he’s not 😂
LOL I DID hahahahha. I've never seen them. That is hilarious. - Tim
Yeah but Jason Bourne IS in the movie like 10 minutes earlier so brother gets the 🎩🫡
@@KindaFunnyGames The first three Bourne movies are fantastic. Sounds like it’s time to review them.

I want them to also watch prometheus as well 😅... it's sooooo goood and alien covenant

Robocop
It was the director of Deadpool 1 that crashed creatively with Reynolds, not Leitch.
Has Kinda Funny done The Fantastic Four movies for In Review? That reboot is coming and I would find it interesting what yall think.
Wouldn't be surprised if they came back to them when the Fantastic Four First Steps gets closer to coming out.

I enjoyed the intro with the remix of Andy & Nick’s Bandicoot song.

I wonder if mentioning the T man on the KFP last week triggered something.

Love watching these reviews but the ranking list is so crazy
As someone who liked She-Hulk... I find it absurd that it's above Iron Man LMAO
what if being so low down is killing me everytime
This is why democracy doesn't work
The Fall Guy was really good! Very much a love letter to stunt actors.
Yeah the Fall Guy was amazing!
I cannot put any faith in these rankings with Guardians 2 being above 1 and 3. 😭 My opinions just don't line up with y'all's. And that's okay.

The music that plays when Deadpool is dying is also the same music from Logan when Logan dies.

Glad they watched the theatrical cut. I watched the super duper cut before the new one and i forgot how much less i like it.
That intro said bladerunner 2049 and drive in review at the very least.
I keep hearing Sean Strickland during the book ad 😅
"Marvel is back"
Marvel never left!!!
I'm not really a fan of the new In Review thumbnail style. The "Reaction Face" thumbnail just makes it look like every other RUclips video
The x force team being assembled and dying right away is funny, but it is stolen directly from MacGruber
I feel like you guys will give Deadpool 3 the 3rd slot. Top 5 for sure. But we’ll see.

Gen v and the boys season 4 review when?
If you weren't watching the Once Upon a Deadpool cut, you're doing it wrong.
Why? That version is terrible.
I wish we could do more new In Review series instead of all of these rewatches
