All ten ring true for me and were a part of my experience growing up. This video provided amazing clarity on what I thought of as one big feeling of being on alert as a child. Thank you so much for these insights and for this clarity! I appreciate you and your work.

This list is really helpful during the healing process as my brain always tries to minimise my experience as a child and protect my parents etc. but almost all of the things you mentioned resonated with me. Really good to remember that!

Missing all 10 😢 Always super helpful to understand the way things are “supposed” to be since many of us were not exposed to it. This is helpful to set appropriate adult boundaries as well.

Missing all 10 😔 Your videos are helping me, but at the same time, as a parent, make me feel so sad. Although I was aware of not making the same mistakes as my parents, I have inflicted similar things on my beautiful children. That breaks my heart into a million pieces and is too much to bear. Maybe when I heal more I will feel less guilt? I hope so.

Pauliene, I can't wait for your program to heal FA. I hope it's affordable. I never found anybody in books or video like you who really understands my life and how to heal it. You give me hope due to how well you healed. I already healed 90% or more but I was researching to figure out what is "safety". And what does "safety" feel like and this video answered that perfectly. You ROCK!

i recognize myself in every point, feeling safe it's an unknown state in my body growing up in a domestic violence situation between my parents, as a young adult now i'll take responsability to learn that

How do you even come up with these things? Genius 👌🏻

All ten perhaps, each point hits the mark and brings up different memories.
Now I'm an adult who grew up with an FA attachment style, and I know how difficult it can be, so I don't blame my parents anymore. In my case, I know that they cared and loved us in their own somewhat tragical sense, but it was just an admittely extremely hard time for them, and they did mistakes along the way.
I'm going through the program. Such a gift to have it.
Not an easy process, lot's of internal resistance and overperfection, and this thing inside sometimes returns back at different triggering situations, but when it's good, then it's like adopting a new perspective on the world.
    Which is simply amazing!
And it's always like that if I keep repeating exercises and making progress, even if there was some initial resistance.

Wow thank you! Emotional, feeling, predictable reactions a little bit, Boundary, Taken Seriously, Reality, and Time Bomb... for me. In fact, yesterday I watched a bunch of youtube videos about the fearful-avoidant attachment style, and then last night I had a dream with bombs in it... which is about that time bomb thing, that fear that someone who's been acting like everything's fine will suddenly do a 180 and snap.

I felt not safe because my mother was in the wheelchair and my father visited us three times a year. And I thought I always had to do things (right), because otherwise my mother could leave me, like she did when she had to go to the hospital when I was four. I’m really grateful that she listened to me and believed in what I said.

Me too hun, me too.. we could seriously have an avoid-off! 😂😂😂
Re: your question - I really am not sure but perhaps EFT techniques maybe around (children trauma contextual) affirmations? Eg “I didn’t have safety when I was younger, but....NOW, I am very safe, I am completely out of danger, I fully love and accept myself etc” 🤔 .....I’m really not sure to be honest.. 🤷‍♀️ I’m just guessing. Love to you on your healing journey! 💖
Paulien your videos are life changing - a million thank yous!

I want to know too,not for me but for my FA "ex". I've always felt the urge to go away from that environment and I was right as I started to live again immediately
