Divot rule is a good one to change
A divot should be ground under repair

Relief from a fairway divot is such a no brainer.
Exactly. Basically, the guy before you gets to play a different course than you. It’s always been near the top of ridiculous rules. Penalized for hitting a fairway. It’s crazy we’re still talking about it!!

The rules officials don’t decide whether a player gets relief or not. The rules decide that. The officials just tell the player what the rule is.
If you get free relief, you should have to drop in the same conditions. If you get a free drop in the fairway you have to dtop in the fairway. If you get a freedrop in the rough you should have to drop in the rough.

3 off the tee for OOB. Taking your 2nd off the tee should be enough

It's hard to comprehend how they haven't changed that divot rule. That was the first thing that popped into my head before I even started watching the video!
Free relief from divots is a no brainer. Should have been changed long ago. Also 2 strokes for a lost ball is ridiculous.
Divots it’s like ground under repair it’s a man made hole. It is technically ground under repair!
The only thing I would change is 4 round not 3

That's not a rule of the game of golf its a political issue.
A ball in the middle of the fairway isn't necessarily a good shot, you can top one in the middle of the fairway, why should that be rewarded? Play it as it lies.
Every player should get a mulligan….in tennis they get one every set ….same should apply for golf …..Doug Sanders and Scott Hoch had lifetime trauma…..Roberto De Vincenzo……that part of golf is beyond cruel

There's no penalty for touching the ground in a bunker or a hazard now, they changed rule, still can't improve lie,
Well you get to ground your club on the fairway....but see this happen in the rough on the PGAT all the time ,also the mud ball rule seems to come late in the round ...giving leaders a better lie.

You’re right. Having to play out of a divot in the fairway makes golf 1000% cooler. Since the divot is man made, we should also make them play out of sprinkler heads, grandstands, that one guy’s cup holder on his folding chair, oh wait, I’ve got it backwards. That shit isn’t golf, it’s not what they came to play for, it’s not what we’re here to watch.
I'd be surprised if the relief from fairway divots wasn't ubiquitously near the top of every professional golfer's list.

@@Literallyheretotalkshi I see your point. So what do you do to change rules about a 10 MPH wind on the front nine goes to 20 for players 8 groups back? A wind driven rain-delayed game and some don't finish until tomorrow with no rain or wind? Human caused problem Rahm had with LIV camera drone interrupting his backswing?
