I’m trying to get a LNO for my recently purchased house, the scenario is : Completed/Signed-Off 4/17/1897 TWO STORY BUILDING; ONE FAMILY DWELLING. A Water Department inspection dated 11/10/1931 & 04/27/1949 shows premises occupied as TWO FAMILY DWELLING , will I able to obtain a LNO for two family dwelling ? In my block there are other buildings with c o as two family dwelling
great video on LNO .
thanks for watching
How much do you charge for a LNO?

LNO is all about what the records show. DOB and HPD records are most critical.
Jorge Fontan HPD says B3, department of finance says B3. Taxed as two family. Would it be good ?
@@thelordofthering6359 did you ever figure this out? I have an identical situation and am wondering...
@@sonia15146 yes , I had to apply for LNO and was approved, are you in Brooklyn or queens?
Qns…
How long did it take to get it?
Should it be assumed that if a landlord submits a letter of no objection for a building that has current c of o is trying something nefarious?
