Thanks. This came up right after a video saying to try moving ball forward. 😂 The reason for that one was to correct a vision issue of not seeing a straight putt as straight. Perhaps moving back in stance and looking at the hole is the answer...or back and closing eyes. 😁 Generally, steady or accelerating seems better, but now that everything is measured, you find there are great putters that decelerate. I suggest trying to have the same tempo and then your back swing can naturally adjust for length. Practicing putting down a 2" wide yardstick helps as well. On course you just "send it down the stick". Cheers!
Fantastic, Just shot 77 using your putting method. Didnt miss a three footer until a pull on 14, Thank you so much. Longer putting got better as a result of the confidence over the shorter putts. Cant wait to get back out there.
Would you advise this on mid or long distance putts? Seems like a relatively shorter backswing no matter the putt length would discourage deceleration which is likely crippling for any putt
I play the ball forward. Gives me better rolls instead of of hitting down by accident or making it hop. It just rolls better. But that's preference. It's not bad to do
Not easy to find the perfect putt and angle with license 😂👍 but he did do and share this. It’s also more noticeable for those who are not elite putters
The irony , simple , for this rambling description, how about saying what I do to every high handicapper I play with, much short backswing on short putts

This is wonderful to hear. Thanks for coming back to share. Well done everyone and keep at it.
Awesome Tip. Just used this today and no missed short putts. Thanks👍🙏
Thanks for the tip. I made my 1st two 3 footers, pulled the next two and made the 3rd putt so I'm quite happy and will use this tip all the time.
Really love this tip, will use it in my first comp on Tues
Great tip, I'm going to try this because I do struggle with pressure putts from short distance
This was a great video on putting. Bravo! 🇨🇦💝🥰🙏
I'm going to try this because I'm tentative and apprehensive most of the time on my short putts.
Thank you for this video.
You got this!
Thanks for the tips. Here's one to make all golfers smarter.. further ≠ farther.
Very interesting trick, I really need to try this.
Let us know how it goes

You need to maintain a good consistent cadence. That’s easier to do by just lengthening the back stroke
great video, can you make a video on pxg armlock putters? im thinking of getting one but there are no videos on youtube
Great suggestion! They are really great!!
What was the fan thing in the background?
I will try this as short putts are difficult for me, but aren't you supposed to hit up slightly on your putter
Test it out. Trying to hit up will mess your consistency. Set up angles affect that a lot
Golf with Aimee iron
What is that putter please?
PXG bat attack arm lock
many more putts
jeez guys, chill. There's no obligation to follow this advice, just stick to whatever you're doing already.
Well
Said 🤗👍🏌🏽😊
Never put the ball forward in your stance or you’ll end up putting as badly as Tiger Woods and Phil Mickelson 😂
😂👍 didn’t say it will help the worlds best :)

@@domkalli6878 not bad at all. Different strokes for differdifferent folks at different times of their golfing journey 👍
Interesting you show Trevino at the 2:34 mark and the ball looks like it’s almost in front of his left foot.

👏👏👍
Putt with your chin pressed into your upper chest
👍⛳️
Instead of moving the ball back, why don’t you just narrow your stance & bring your back foot in ?
I prefer to suggest setting the frame /posture / balance the same
Just narrowing wouldn’t change where the ball is relative to your sternum and lead shoulder.
There's always one Mr.know it all🤣🤣
I really hope jordan speith and nelly korda are watching this tip to hole ‘every’ short putt ……

👍
Short explanations like short backswing less is more
This video could have been 30 seconds...move ball back a bit, shorter backstroke. All done..😊
