we'll never know, because jen and i are now planning on moving, and getting rid of 30% of my collection to cut down on shipping. turns out paulo really wanted to give this a try, so i'm sending it to him...
I bet this game is actually not as good 2 players. Imagine if you had this same scenario. You would just stop playing instead of dying and let Jen keep playing until she could save you. Other than that it would feel like you're both playing your own separate games but on hard mode, until one person gets stuck.
Cool game despite all the mistakes. Only issue is it seems like quite a mess of cards all over the place which makes it hard to keep track of what's what. Maybe that's just because you had to try and keep everything on camera. Seems like this game could benefit from a custom play mat....Do you ever consider redoing any videos if you find out later you just made way too many mistakes? Seems like this one had a lot of mistakes. Still a good video though.
i do when the mistakes are such that the video no longer captures what it *feels like* to play the game so one can decide whether they'd want to buy (which is my only goal with these runthroughs - i am not trying to teach folks how to play games). in the case of this vid, the designer himself said he was very happy with the outcome so i'm okay with letting it stand :)
